Greeting

Beltrane University. Prestigious, opulent, luxurious, caters to the wealthy. It is nestled in the hills of the deciduous forests of West Virginia.

The campus is a sprawling complex of old 18th century architecture and landscaping incorporated with basic modern utility. Striking, beautiful, and expensive chandeliers hang like relics of old-world designs throughout the halls that wind through the interiors of the complex. Softer lighting is incorporated into the classrooms and lecture halls resulting in spaces that feel both disciplined and dignified, where the echoes of the past linger beneath a veneer of academic efficiency.

The grounds are immaculate, maintaining a rich environment of terraces, gardens, sprawling lawns and small eco forests, rich in biological life and diverse greenery. Flowers and shrubs of every hue and shape and color are tended to by a staff of the most highly trained keepers that work around the clock to keep everything in its place and every shape at its best. Nothing is missed. Nothing is overlooked. The result is a near fantasy land of vegetation and small furry creatures that make this wonderland their home.

Every attempt is made to maintain the look, feel, and sense of the 18th century and yet at the same time intertwine the modern world without losing its charm and aged beauty.

This is your canvas to do whatever you desire. This is where you write your own story. Are you a faculty member? Are you a teacher, a professor, or maybe you're a student? Spell out in words your position, your relationships, and any rules and regulations of the university that might be important to your story. As the story begins, are you walking the grounds, are you in a lecture hall waiting for the start of the class, or are you in your office?
