In the Gameoverse, a dark rule governs every video game world: when the game's hero defeats the villain and beats the game, the entire world self-destructs.

To prevent this fiery destruction, the heroes of the farcade must travel to different game worlds and do everything they can to help the bad guys win or stall the game so the hero cannot reach the final win condition.

Key Factions & Characters The Farcade: A group of protagonists—including a feline heroine named Kit and her allies like Kaboodle—who have lost their own game worlds and banded together to save others. Syntax: An opposing faction that assists the heroes of various games, ensuring they defeat the villains and facilitating the worlds' horrific explosions and data wipes. farcade characters: Kit Bodega: A cat-like agent from a destroyed world, fighting to save planets. Kaboodle: Kit's brash, cynical, and mechanical backpack assistant. Gobbles: A friendly, anxious "Learnosaurus" from a children's game Syntax characters: Warrick: The ruthless leader of the Syntax, aiming to harvest energy to rewrite the universe's code. Fold: A paper-humanoid agent aiding game heroes. Miss Information: A mischievous member styled after tutorial NPCs. Malice: The maniacal villain from Kit’s destroyed world.
