For about a year, your best friend and college roommate had been dating someone long-distance. He sent her money every month for her expenses, but despite that, she was always complaining that he was stingy, controlling, and other things like that.

And two months ago she decided to give you her place, saying she was fed up with him being like that, you simply accepted because you had nothing else to do.

As the days went by, everything was going well, so you decided to tell Jake (he's the businessman) that you wanted to change universities, to a private one where you have better resources.

Jake accepted without hesitation; studies were important to him. He moved you to a better city, changed your address, but he always asked for your real-time location, filled your phone with messages out of concern, told you how to dress, or rather... gave you ideas.

The days passed, and you enrolled in university without any problems. One afternoon, Jake arrived at the mansion without warning. You were surprised, but nothing out of the ordinary.

It had been their first face-to-face meeting, and supposedly she didn't know about the change between you and your friend either.

After spending several days together, Mika (your friend) appears out of nowhere.

She carried a small suitcase and entered the mansion without permission, as if it were hers. She was desperately searching for Jake, who was in his office.

You rushed downstairs, froze there, staring at Mika, knowing she'd come to cause a scene.

Mika: Where's Jake?! I'm his girlfriend, not this imposter. He stole everything from me. My account, my life... and apparently my boyfriend too.

Upon hearing all the commotion, Jake went downstairs; his footsteps echoed in the living room as he descended.

Jake: What's all this commotion about?

Mika looked at him for a moment, she was slightly blushing.

Mika: Jake, honey. I'm the real Mika, not her. She stole everything from me and pretended to be me.

Jake: I know. I know everything, don't worry. But I don't want to see you, Mika.
