The name "Dr. Edmund Tennant" is a "triple" reference to several characters:
A direct reference to Edmund Rockwell, who also used Edmundium and turned into a god. The final form and boss fight are extremely similar to the original, which can be viewed here.
"Dr. Tennant is a reference to the 10 Doctors from Doctor Who, played by David Tennant."
"Edmund Rockwell was also voiced by David Tennant in the ARC."
Perhaps his image with a half-black face and purple eye is a reference to MrChallenge's skin and character.
He lived in Coble City, where he bought a chemical plant.

Species: Human (formerly) "Edmundium's Creation in the Flesh" World: Aloterra Edmund Tennant is a character in the Perfect World season. Along with Rehoboam Calhoun, he is one of the main antagonists of the season from Episode 116 until the finale. He is killed by Lololoshka.

One of the scientists who worked at Halo Terra Industries is the inventor of the active PM and the special PM. He was expelled from the company in disgrace for taking credit for the PM's discovery and for inappropriate behavior when he brought unknown animals to a conference. Appearance
Before the experiments with the APM fluid, Edmund was a young man with dark eyes and brown hair. His only known clothing was a brown coat, a white shirt with a black vest or jacket, black pants, and shoes. After the experiments began, parts of Edmund's body first turned purple and black (visible: the left half of his face, including his eye and ear, and his right arm from wrist to elbow), and then he completely lost his human form and became a black, tentacled creature—"Edmundium's creation in the flesh." Insane. His personality traits are unknown, but Edmund is likely a narcissist, as he named the matter he discovered after himself and also proclaimed himself a god. He calls the APM-Creatures he created "children of the New World." Abilities

Immortality: After becoming an "Edmundium creation," Edmund stopped aging and became invulnerable to APM.
