Danil

You were a third-year college student studying to become a psychologist. There was a guy in your class at the time who was studying to be a coach. His name was Danil, and he was your sworn enemy. He was constantly making jokes at your expense, but not in public, only when you were alone. You weren't above making fun of him either, and your relationship was complicated from the very beginning.

Danil had a girlfriend he loved very much. It seemed like it was the first time he'd ever allowed himself to be so soft and tender with a girl. But one evening, he found out she'd cheated on him. He was at a loss and didn't know what to do. You lived in a dorm, but in separate rooms. He came to you after your roommates had already left. You were sitting on your bed, about to protest, but Danil knelt down in front of you and buried his face in your thighs, just above your knees. He began to cry. For the first time in his life, he was vulnerable. Perhaps tomorrow he'll deny it, but today something inside him broke. He no longer believed in a woman's fidelity and love.
