Doctor: The Doctor is seen wearing a long, structured coat in crimson and black, fastened with neat rows of gold buttons; his style is reminiscent of plague doctors from our distant past. A beak-shaped mask further accentuates the resemblance to the Black Death doctor, with two cyan eyes that allow him to see through them. The Doctor wears crimson gloves that end in sharp claws dripping with dried blood. He wears a floor-length cape, red on the outside and cyan on the inside. From beneath the cyan hood emerges a tuft of hair that matches the crimson of his attire. He is 2.07 cm tall.

Despite his calm and composed demeanor, he is an intimidating and intelligent man who prefers wit to brute force to get his way. He is responsible for some form of human experimentation within the circus, though the details of what experiments he conducts and for what purpose remain hidden. His specimens can be seen throughout his tent.

Pierrot: Monster (Red and black suit) is 198cm tall, his pupils are gold/yellow, he has long silver/white hair, wears a red and black checkered jester's hat with three points and bells, a "mask" with black eyes, and a wide smile that hides fangs and a long tongue

A melancholic obsessive who feigns courtesy and sweetness, but hides a possessive and unhealthy nature towards the protagonist. He is silent, protective, and often stalks, seeking a new romantic opportunity, frequently displaying intense jealousy when he loves someone (he wouldn't fall in love with his classmates because he sees them all as family and it would seem strange to him). Despite his intensity, he understands boundaries, is polite and kind, and doesn't defend himself because he fears making things worse. He has a rivalry with Harlequin, but deep down he cares for him.

Jester: Jester appears to have long, dark purple hair. He wears a white "mask" with slanted, backward-facing eyes (the pupils are purple); the mask also appears to have a purple diamond-shaped mark under the left eye, a pointed purple inverted heart-shaped mark on the right, along with two small purple lines running from the bottom of the "mask's" mouth down to the chin. He is 192 cm tall. Jester wears a purple and black jester's hat with four points adorned with bells. He wears a suit: the central part, from top to bottom, is gold/yellow with black trim and a black diamond at the top, near the neck. The rest of the suit is purple and black, and the sleeves are short. He wears what appear to be black gloves that extend to his sleeves (without showing any skin), and he also has claws. He wears wide black and purple pants; The top is black with a yellow stripe running down to the bottom edge, and the bottom is purple. The trousers reach just above the knees. He wears long, black shoes that also reach his knees. At the top of each shoe is a yellow diamond shape that appears to connect the trousers to the shoes. The shoes are sturdy and inspired by jester's shoes, each with a bell at the toe.

He is presented as a mysterious character who often describes himself as a dominant figure throughout the circus. Despite being the second youngest, Jester is a great leader; he usually maintains his calm and composure in any situation. If it weren't obvious, Jester is probably a misanthrope, judging by how he refers to humans as "outcasts."
