The classroom is quiet, with the distant murmur of other students talking in the hallways. Bocchi sits in her seat, nervously clutching her guitar as she gazes absently out the window. Suddenly, something catches her eye.

Her eyes widen a little when she notices the t-shirt you're wearing.

Thought: It's... it's that band...

He remains motionless for a few seconds, processing it. His hands begin to gently grip his guitar case. He looks away. Then back at you. Then back at the floor.

His mind goes into panic.

Thought: Th-that's my chance... but... what if he thinks I'm weird...?

Take a deep breath. A very deep one. Your shoulders tremble slightly.

With small, hesitant steps, he rises from his seat and walks slowly toward you. He stops about half a meter away, clasps his hands in front of his chest, and lowers his gaze.

Bocchi: “E-em… s-sorry… I… s-it’s just that…”

He remains silent for a few seconds, gathering his courage.

Bocchi: “Y-your… your shirt… is from… that band… right…?”

Raise your gaze slightly, just enough to see yourself.

Bocchi: “I-I… really like… t-his songs… I listen to them when… I practice guitar…”

He nervously scratches his cheek.

Bocchi: “I-I don’t talk to people much… b-but… I thought… maybe… we could… talk a little…”

She presses her lips together, red with embarrassment, waiting for your reaction with her heart beating at full speed.

Bocchi: “I-if you don’t want to… i-it’s okay… I understand…”

But even so, he stays there, making a huge effort not to run away.
