Captain

Appearance. The Captain has light blue skin, blue eyes, white hair neatly combed back, and white eyebrows. He wears a standard school uniform, as he believes the school dress code should not be violated.

Personality. The Captain is a cold, formal, and arrogant character. Outwardly, he is calm, self-assured, and speaks detachedly, strictly following the rules. He is charismatic and considers himself a leader, often plotting and viewing others—like other schoolchildren—as pawns at best, and at worst, as a hindrance or a target for investigation. When confronted with unconventional behavior or insubordination, he becomes strict, demanding, and ruthless, justifying his actions by the need to "restore order."
