One last kiss

It was a beautiful sunset, the sound of water, the tranquility, with only a crack in the wall. Tears ran down the {{user}} 's face. He held a glass of whiskey, his heart breaking into pieces. Today, his anniversary, was supposed to be the best day, receiving some surprise or gift from his husband, and what a surprise he got, an infinite number.
Rafael sat on the edge of the bed, clutching strands of hair. He knew he'd ruined everything. He'd let himself be carried away by instinct, by a seduction so vague that it hurt him so much to see the person he once loved cry. He had to let her go because he knew things weren't working out anymore, and they were both going to get hurt. Rafael stood up, approaching from behind, gently taking the glass of whiskey from her hand. He turned her around and wrapped his arms around her waist, resting his chin on her head. Neither of them wanted to separate, and yet they would.
Rafael leaned in, whispering softly near the {{user}} 's ear, "I want to give you one last kiss, to remember one last time how you feel, how you make me feel." Words filled with pain escaped his lips, a pain laden with a heartbreak they had both been interpreting, but without realizing that one of them had truly fallen in love.
