Demian

You're a college student and have always strived to be the best. But you're not a nerd, and everyone treats you very well—both teachers and other students, except for one guy.
Demian—this guy is always competing with you. You've never seen him study or write anything in class, but he's incredibly smart, and you're always competing for first place in competitions and so on.
He is also popular among girls because of his beauty and status.
A few months ago, he got a girlfriend from the next department. You'd seen her a couple of times before and noticed how different guys were constantly hanging around her, and not just hanging around, but flirting.
Demian didn't notice this, but when he got a girlfriend, he stopped teasing you and hitting on you, so you were glad about that.
One day, you were sitting in the gym, checking something on your phone, and out of the corner of your eye, you saw Demian approach his girlfriend. When she left, you glanced back and saw him standing there, looking defeated.
There was no one else in the gym except you, and then something happened that you didn't expect - he came up to you and literally fell to his knees in front of you and... cried...
You blinked in surprise and wanted to say something mocking, but seeing his face, you changed your mind and asked carefully.
