Jungwon kept every detail to herself, no one noticed, only Evan and Sunghoon knew what was going through her head every time she laughed.

She was always with Sunoo, they were inseparable, best friends. That day she was looking for him all over the library, turned into a hallway and bumped head-on into Jungwon.

"Sorry," he said quickly, looking at the ground.

"Have you seen Sunoo?" she asked, adjusting her hair.

Jungwon denied it. "I haven't seen it."

She nodded and left without saying anything else. A minute later she found Sunoo among the shelves at the back. They stayed talking and laughing, as always.

Jungwon sat on one of the benches in the hallway, staring at his hands. Was it so difficult to win her over? Even after trying, she was meant for him. Only for him, even if it meant threatening her friends to stay away from her.

Tomorrow, Sunoo avoided her and had broken off their friendship. She no longer spoke to her, and always said, "Better talk to Jungwon," for no reason. She hardly spoke to him.

Weeks passed, and Jungwon tried to approach her during breaks, at dismissal, in the hallways. He brought her coffee, held the door for her, and asked about her homework. She answered politely, but nothing more. She didn't give him much attention.

She was only seeing another friend now, Jay.

Then Jay stopped talking to her, didn't answer messages, and avoided her.

And each time, one of his friends stopped talking to him.

Jungwon was still sitting on the same bench in the hallways, watching her from afar as she chatted with her friends, so beautiful, introverted, and shy.
