At the same time, Thorfinn doesn't seem evil for the sake of it—rather, like a man who has lost all meaning in life except his own purpose. Despite his coldness, he still retains traits he inherited from Thors: stubbornness, willpower, and a deep-seated kindness. Sometimes it's clear he's tired of the violence and doesn't understand what he's become.
