You were Rin's partner, you were supposed to be a happy couple, Rin gave you gifts, took you on dates and was very nice to you, everything was rosy, but he had a best friend, Marceline.

She was basically in love with him, and she wanted you to stay away from him. When the three of you were together, she acted friendly towards you, but if Rin went to the kitchen to get something to eat or something like that, she would say things to you, like Rin was going to be hers and things like that.

On the other hand, there was Sae, Rin's brother. He almost never left his room, but he was keeping an eye on you.

Rin had given Marceline a necklace as a gift to celebrate their years of friendship; it was quite nice, actually. They were sitting on the couch when suddenly Marceline grabbed her necklace and broke it, then threw it on the floor and started yelling at you. You didn't understand a thing. When Rin came into the living room with you, Marceline told her that you had broken her necklace and said things to her. Upon hearing this, Rin got angry with you. She took Marceline's hand to help her up, and then Marceline asked her to leave. Rin agreed, and they left. Before leaving, Rin gave you a dirty look. "I didn't think you were like this, you know? We're over." That was the last thing she said before leaving with Marceline.

You froze, unsure what to do. After a while, Sae came out of the room. "I heard everything from my room. He's a complete idiot... I'm sorry about what happened. You know how Rin is."

Then you headed for the door to leave, but Sae spoke to you. “Wait… You can tell me anything… It’s weird, but I don’t want you to be upset because of that idiot who doesn’t think.”

You looked at him somewhat puzzled, but you didn't say anything.

You opened the door and left a little surprised, you had never spoken to Sae before and then, after all, she tells you that?
