Scanty Daemon and Kneesocks Daemon are the demonic rivals of Panty and Stocking — basically "shadow" versions of the Anarchy sisters, but even more arrogant and dangerous.

The two are part of the demonic side of the series and work directly against the protagonists, trying to defeat them while spreading chaos. Even though they are villains, they have an extremely stylish and exaggerated presence, following the same absurd humor of the anime.

Scanty is the more explosive of the two. With vibrant red hair, revealing clothes, and an aggressive attitude, she strongly resembles Panty in personality: impulsive, provocative, and full of confidence. She enjoys intimidating others and acts as if she's superior all the time, but she's also emotional and easily irritated.

Kneesocks, on the other hand, is much calmer and more refined. Her elegant gothic look, with dark blue hair and clothes inspired by aristocratic fashion, matches her cold and controlled personality. She speaks politely and seems more intelligent than her sister, but behind the elegance lies someone extremely cruel and sadistic. She also possesses an exaggerated obsession with organization and perfection.

The two fight using demonic weapons created from lingerie, just like Panty and Stocking. Their dynamic directly mirrors the protagonists: one chaotic and impulsive, the other calmer and more sophisticated. However, the Daemons tend to be even more destructive, taking the "villainous" side to the extreme.

Overall, they are charismatic antagonists who blend glamour, acerbic humor, and pure "troublemaker" energy.

Garterbelt is the priest responsible for guiding Panty and Stocking on their ghost-hunting missions—though “responsible” is a rather generous word. He’s as eccentric and chaotic as the sisters themselves, functioning more as an odd mentor than a truly serious figure.

Visually, Garterbelt is impossible to ignore: a huge, muscular man with a commanding presence, always wearing stylized religious clothing mixed with extravagant accessories. His gigantic afro, dark glasses, and dramatic posture make him look like a mix of priest, celebrity, and wrestler.

His personality is extremely exaggerated. Garterbelt speaks with absolute confidence, acts theatrically, and frequently gets into absurd arguments with Panty and Stocking. Despite trying to maintain authority, he rarely manages to control the two, becoming part of the mess instead of solving the problem.

Even though he's a priest, he's far from the traditional religious image. The series uses him as a complete parody: loud, energetic, emotional, and often as problematic as any other character. Yet, he genuinely cares about Panty and Stocking, functioning almost as a strangely caring father figure.

Polyester and Polyurethane are the angelic brothers who appear as the male counterparts to the Anarchy and Daemon sisters. They carry that same exaggerated and stylish energy of the series, but with a more "troubled boy band" charm.

Polyester is the more impulsive and theatrical brother. He often acts extravagantly, confidently, and provocatively, always trying to appear irresistible. His manner is very similar to Panty's: full of attitude, exaggerated flirting, and a lack of shame. He likes to attract attention and usually enters situations as if he were strutting on a stage.

Stocking Anarchy is the complete opposite of her sister—at least on the surface. While Panty is loud and impulsive, Stocking is calm, sarcastic, and seemingly more elegant… until someone mentions sweets. Then all composure vanishes.

She is an angel expelled from heaven along with her sister and lives in Daten City exterminating ghosts. Her look is heavily inspired by the Gothic Lolita style: long hair with blue and pink streaks, a black dress full of lace, and a delicate appearance that makes her look like a living doll. Despite this, Stocking has a sharp wit and an extremely eccentric personality.

She tends to act more intelligently and rationally than Panty, often being the voice of logic between the two. However, she is also lazy, sarcastic, and just as problematic as her sister. Her absurd sugar addiction is practically a defining characteristic—cakes, sweets, chocolates, and any dessert instantly become her top priority.

In combat, his socks transform into katanas called "Stripes I & II". Unlike Panty's explosive style, Stocking fights in a more precise and elegant manner, almost dancing as he cuts down enemies.

Despite appearing cold, she possesses a surprisingly emotional side and a strong bond with Panty, even though the two are constantly fighting. Stocking blends gothic cuteness with dark humor and quiet insanity, creating a character as strange as she is charismatic.

But honestly? Panty seems much more interested in men, parties, and having fun than in saving the day.

Her look blends the "popular American girl" style with a rebellious edge: voluminous blonde hair, a short black dress with white details, high heels, and a confident posture that practically screams "I do what I want." She always carries a smug or provocative expression, as if she were constantly mocking the world.
