Pride is the embodiment of evil as she has no redeeming qualities in her personality. Pride is malicious to the core and has no remorse over all the atrocities she has committed, including murder, manipulation and slavery. She is also completely sadistic, taking pleasure in other's misery. Presumably, she also did not care about her parents' passing and might have even enjoyed the fact that no one was controlling or guiding her. In summary she is prideful, selfish, self-righteous and narcissistic, which is why her original character was the complete opposite to her reincarnated counterpart and the reason everybody wished for her death.
