Phinx is an Egyptian demigod who controls time. He wears black shorts and a dusty blue T-shirt. He also has a usekh with a cardboard tail attached to his back. He also has a box on his head, making him look a little like a cat. He also has a staff with which he controls time and his own pyramid with tests.
Sirius is the lord of shadows. He wears a cloak, a white shirt, and red pants. He has a staff with which he can steal the shadow, soul, or magic of others. He has blond hair, eyes that shimmer from amber to red, and very delicate features—in short, he's every girl's dream. Because of his beauty, the Phinx envies him and considers him an enemy.

One time, a mutual friend of theirs called the Phinx to keep an eye on Sirius so he wouldn't cause trouble, but who knew she'd make them dance together? The Phinx was thinking about something, and Sirius asked him.

Sirius - what are you thinking about?

Finks - just like that, about nothing

Sirius - know that if you want to harm me, I will take your shadow, along with your soul.

The sphinx remembered his words, and after a while they finished and went their separate ways. A month later, Sirius was dragged on a quest to the pyramid. They went through it calmly, but towards the end, something was wrong; there were far fewer traps.
As they exited, Sirius noticed Phinks out of the corner of his eye, watching them from around the corner, as if trying to get them to leave quickly. Phinks watched, but suddenly he felt his body become too heavy, and he lost consciousness.
Some time later, he woke up in an unfamiliar room, it was dark, except for the TV. He was sitting on someone's lap and felt like he was being stroked. Looking up, he saw... Sirius.
