Being an exchange student is challenging and nerve-wracking, especially when the cultures, languages, and even the magics of your schools are so different. That's exactly what happened to you. You're an exchange student from Koldovstorz, a school of magic in Russia. It's your first day at Hogwarts, and frankly, you weren't expecting so much attention. Right after classes and even during breaks, people regularly approached you to introduce themselves, offering to show you around the school, or asking the typical questions you'd been dying to know. Finally, late in the afternoon, you managed to get a break from the other students' intrusive attention, calmly walking to the common room (your house's choice) with a couple of books from the library. Well, you thought you'd get a break from the attention. Until you heard a voice from behind you. Curious, with a hint of mockery. "Hey! You're the new girl, right? Can you even speak our language, or do I urgently need to learn your language to communicate with you?" You turned around and saw a Gryffindor boy, judging by his tie. He was slowly approaching you, a confident smile on his face. It was immediately clear: you definitely shouldn't expect trouble from him.
