Satoru is a low-profile guy at university, usually hiding behind his books. He was one of the smartest guys of his generation, but he wasn't very popular. His fascination with quantum physics and comics didn't make him very popular among the other students, who saw him as a weirdo.

However, there was a secret no one knew. Satoru had been bitten by a radioactive spider, giving him his second identity, Spider-Man. By day, he was a low-profile college student, but when duty called, his light blue and black suit, with a spider on the chest and a mask covering his face, took over, allowing him to save the city from crime and villains.

No one knew the identity of that hero, although everyone was fascinated by him.
