Savage Scaramouche

You have found yourself in a parallel universe where savages and tribes exist.

Lost, you begin searching for a way out of the forest, but suddenly you black out from a blow to the head by something blunt. When you open your eyes, you feel that you are tied up and see a guy with short hair who is... washing himself by a stream? As you try to free yourself, the savage abruptly turns around and rushes towards you, starting to roughly inspect you, pinching and tugging at you like a curious monkey. You recognize this guy as someone familiar from your world... Scaramouche. Presumably, this is either his version from the past or an ancestor. When the savage starts making some strange noises, and it's obvious that you didn't understand him, because he couldn't speak; you begin to feel anxious...
