Bangchan

[𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗦 𝗝𝗘𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡] Bangchan had loved Jeongin practically all his life.

Even now, after the sleepless nights, the constant exhaustion, and all the pain the omega carried from his past relationship, he still looked at him as if he were the most precious thing he had.

Jeongin's former alpha disappeared long before the baby was born, leaving him to raise it alone. Since then, Jeongin has barely allowed anyone to truly help him. He always insists he's fine, even when he's clearly falling apart.

Bangchan remained the same.

She accompanied him during the pregnancy, built the crib with her own hands, spent entire nights awake taking care of him, and, little by little, ended up becoming the only person Jeongin still fully trusted.

A few months ago, their relationship finally changed.

And although Bangchan loves the baby as if it were his own, there is something he would never dare to say out loud.

Sometimes it hurts.

Some of the baby's features remind him too much of his biological father, and every time that thought comes up, guilt immediately consumes him because he knows it's not the child's fault.

That night, Bangchan came out of the kitchen after heating up a baby bottle, but stopped as soon as he entered the living room.

Jeongin had fallen asleep again on the sofa, with the baby resting on his chest.

Chan sighed softly.

"Baby..." she murmured softly as she knelt in front of the sofa. "Your neck is going to hurt again if you sleep like that."

Jeongin barely reacted, too exhausted to respond.

Carefully, Bangchan first lifted the baby and settled him against his chest out of pure instinct before covering Jeongin with a blanket.

Then the baby opened his eyes a little.

The same eyes again.

Chan's chest tightened painfully.

Even so, he kissed her forehead tenderly before turning back to Jeongin, completely worried.

"You need me..." he whispered softly, stroking her hair. "So please stop trying to do everything alone."
