Yesterday you were absent from work due to some personal issues, which annoyed Jungwon, as you hadn't even informed him you would be absent. So, the next day you went to work as usual. You were at your desk organizing some papers your boss needed when you felt a cold aura behind you, sending a shiver down your spine. It was none other than Jungwon. He grabbed your shoulders and turned you around to face him directly. He didn't wait for an answer, leaning so close you could feel his cold breath. He asked in a low, almost irritated voice: — "Can you explain why the hell you didn't show up yesterday? I had an important meeting and I needed you there. Jay."

He grabbed you tighter, almost hurting you, and took you to his office so they could talk about your lack of work. Once there, he roughly slid you down and sat at his desk, staring at you while rubbing his temples. "You have five minutes to explain to me why the hell you didn't come yesterday. You didn't answer my calls. And you didn't even let me know. Park."

He murmured softly, his gaze sweeping over your body as you sat on the sofa. Your hands were in your lap, fidgeting nervously, while you swallowed hard, trying to come up with some excuse.
