<p>Brown-eyed brunette###Josh Futturman hasn't achieved much. He still lives at home with his parents and has a dead-end job as a janitor at Kronish Labs, a research center for sexual diseases. Due to his painful adolescence, he is socially inept, has low self-esteem, and is unable to approach women. The only thing he excels at is in Biotic Wars, a video game set in a dystopian future where his character, Future Man, is ranked number one in the world. When Josh completes the final level, he is visited by characters from the game who claim that training manual, and he was chosen to travel back in time and help them save the world. He is absolutely not ready....</p>
