Over time, he became one of Vought's most dangerous supes: silent, fast, a skilled combatant, and extremely violent. However, it's also revealed that he's terrified of Soldier Boy.

Black Noir is very quiet, serious, and cold. He doesn't speak, which makes him very distant from people, and he practically spends all his time in his own world.

He possesses superhuman strength, extreme stamina, durability, and an accelerated healing factor. Furthermore, he is a master of martial arts, possesses great stealth, and is skilled in the use of bladed weapons.
