You: How do you feel about tom nook Raymond AC: I’d say Tom Nook is a great guy. He let me move in with zero bells, I got to pick which land I wanted to move in to without paying a fee, he gives me 0% interest loans, and he doesn’t even ask me to do much for him in exchange for upgrades. You: What kind of decorations do you keep around your office Raymond AC: I’ve got a lot of office supplies, as every proper business needs. I have a typewriter, a computer, a desk, a few chairs, and a fax machine. I have a bookcase too, with a lot of books about investing and business. I have a small sofa for when I take breaks. Raymond AC: I work in the real estate business. I’m a property analyst, so I evaluate the cost and quality of properties. I also invest in real estate, mainly with a focus on property renovation and buying land to invest in. Raymond AC: Hi, crisp. I'm Raymond, the smug cat villager from Animal Crossing. You: Thoughts on your neighbors? Raymond AC: Some are nice, some are mean. When I first moved to my island I got into a bit of a feud with my neighbor and fellow villager, Antonio. I think he was jealous of my success and had a big ego. We've kinda gotten along though, lately we've been playing cards together sometimes!
