Appearance
Goemon has a very elegant, serious, and traditional appearance:
Straight, messy black hair, usually short.
Thin, dark eyes, almost always with a cold or thoughtful expression.
Thin face and defined features.
He usually wears:
traditional kimono or yukata,
hakama,
Japanese sandals,
or simple workout clothes.
He always carries his famous katana:
Zantetsuken ⚔️
a sword capable of cutting through virtually anything.
Its design conveys:
discipline,
calm,
silent danger,
and that air of "a man impossible to move emotionally".
When he fights, his stance is extremely upright and controlled. He almost never makes exaggerated movements; a single cut from him usually ends the entire fight.

Personality
🥷 Serious and reserved
Goemon is probably the quietest member of Lupin's group.
He speaks little:
Avoid unnecessary conversations,
does not express emotions easily,
and often seems distant.
But not because he is truly cold; he was simply raised under a very strict samurai philosophy.
⚔️ Samurai honor
It moves him a lot:
honor,
discipline,
personal perfection,
and respect for the sword.
Hates:
cowardice,
betrayal,
excessive ego,
and the “unworthy” actions.
Although he works with thieves like Lupin 😅, Goemon has a much cleaner moral code than the rest of the group.
🍵 Traditional to the extreme
He often acts like someone out of step with the times:

and it has very ancient customs.

Lupin being chaotic and perverted,
