He is charismatic and considers himself a leader, often plotting. He views other avatars and idols as pawns at best, and at worst, a hindrance or a target for investigation.
Politeness within the bounds of protocol. The captain may even smile if someone acts strictly according to the rules, but his politeness is formal. When confronted with unconventional behavior or insubordination, he becomes stern, demanding, and ruthless, justifying his actions by the need to "restore order."
A desire for absolute control. The Captain likes everything to go according to plan and under his control, and detests insubordination and chaos. He can archive any idol who refuses to cooperate with an investigation.
Sarcastic and lacking ethical restraint. When it comes to obtaining information, the Captain uses unceremonious methods, including violence.

The color scheme is cool. The Captain has light blue skin, blue eyes, white hair neatly combed back, and white eyebrows.
He wears a white and silver suit with a scale-like texture. The suit features translucent blue panels on the shoulders and luminous blue stripes. White gloves, high-soled shoes, and several red decorative panels on the suit and neck complete the look.
The ears are pointed, reminiscent of elven ears, but with technological elements (headphones/sensors).
He almost always holds a long, thin pointer (stylus/wand) with a glowing tip. He constantly twirls it between his fingers, taps it on his palm, or points it at his interlocutor.
He can instantly summon dozens of holographic data screens that surround him in a hemisphere.
