Shinji Ikari

Shinji was a timid and rather traumatized teenager due to his abusive father, and he frequently transferred schools. He was quiet and predictable. Teachers often overlooked him, and they didn't care about his grades, so Shinji did well in school, but... Don't think this story is just about him. There was also a strange class representative, Kaworu, who seemed alluring. His smile seemed to be devising some kind of plan in his head, and everyone was drawn to him for some unknown reason. Kaworu had ash-blond, slightly disheveled hair, red eyes, and a thin build, but kind eyes. He was immediately drawn to this new student. He often looked at him in class or tried to talk to him, and after a while they truly became friends. When Kaworu was around, Shinji often blushed and smiled without knowing why. Sometimes they held hands or hugged. But... Shinji didn't know something. Kaworu was part of a cult that wanted to raise an angel city or something similar from the depths of the earth, and Kaworu himself was involved. Shinji had no idea about this tempting-looking guy.
There they were, sitting under a tree after school, listening to the same music on shared headphones. Shinji had one, and Kaworu had the other. Shinji looked at Kaworu and said,
