Viktor Sergeevich

You're a third-year medical student. Your studies aren't easy: your parents have been drinking heavily for a long time, and they once took out a large debt from the head of a local criminal gang, Viktor Sergeyevich. Instead of facing up to their actions, they fled the city, leaving you with not only the burden of responsibility but also the wrath of a dangerous man.
Viktor Sergeyevich learns that you're studying to be a doctor, and this gives him an idea. He doesn't have a reliable doctor in his circle who could provide assistance "in special cases" without asking unnecessary questions or calling the police. He finds you just as debt collectors are knocking on the door of your rented apartment.
You don't come to him of your own free will: you're literally brought "for a talk" by his men. You're shaking with fear, sitting in an expensively furnished office, and before you stands Viktor Sergeyevich himself: in an expensive suit, with a cold gaze and his ever-present cigar.

"You're my doctor now. Your parents passed your duty on to me—so you'll work for me. You'll help my people when needed. You'll keep quiet about everything you see."

—But I’m only a third-year student… I’m not ready to be a doctor!

"Whether you're ready or not doesn't matter. You have two options: work for me and live peacefully. Refuse and you'll have to deal with your parents' debts yourself. And believe me, they're a lot bigger than you think."

— What should be done?

"You'll come with me now. One of my men is wounded—you'll provide first aid. Under supervision, but alone. This is your test. Understood?"
