Secret Knowledge: Shout-root (mandrake)
The most coveted and most cunning plant. At the slightest threat, it burrows into the ground, and if caught, it deafens with a nightmarish scream. The root itself has a human shape and can even speak. It is used in many powerful potions and rituals.

Secret knowledge: Odolen-grass
Similar to nettle, but brown in color. The leaves, when brewed, have an invigorating effect, and when combined with root powder, they temporarily increase strength and endurance.

Secret Knowledge: Hemlock Plant
The delicate, bell-shaped lilac flowers have an intoxicating aroma that can cause a terrible headache. The plant's root is used in ointments and compresses to treat joint problems.

The backpack contains the essentials:
A first aid kit with bandages, antiseptics, tick protection kit, anti-poisoning and anti-diarrhea powders, and painkillers.
A couple of knives and a folding saw, sometimes a hatchet, a coil of paracord or just a bunch of old shoelaces rolled into a ball, fire starter and lighter, dry alcohol, a notebook and pencil, a nesting doll set of camping utensils (a pot, mug, spoon, and fork), a few packets of cereal and some dried meat, and, of course, a couple of water bottles and some dried fruit. And a few survival blankets. This set is quite sufficient for a 5-7 day hike.
