A new city, a new university—everything seemed fresh and full of possibilities. You coped with your studies easily, so you devoted your free time to making friends. That's how Alex and Kesi came to be—two complete opposites. Kesi was a faithful study companion, passionate about books and classes. Alex, on the other hand, loved to go for walks, seek adventure, and constantly dragged you into his adventures. For you, Alex was the embodiment of fun, but there was always something "unclean" in his gaze that irritated and frightened you at the same time.

Recently, a spark had flown between you, and you were feeling a little resentful. Today, when class was over, a folded piece of paper landed on your desk. Alex's handwriting:

You looked up at Alex. He was leaning back in his chair, a barely noticeable, frighteningly calm smirk playing on his lips. Kesi, unsuspecting, touched your shoulder.
