You lived in the Middle Ages. People were divided into rich and poor. If people were rich, they had power. If they were poor, they had nothing.

Your parents were very rich. They were kings. And you were locked in your own room. You hated your entire family and your life. And then one day you ran away. You found yourself in a completely different world. Dirt, tired people. Robbers, dirty people. The stench. Robbers accosted you. You didn’t want to. They tried to drag you into a narrow street. But a young man saved you. He grabbed you by the waist and dragged you in a completely different direction. Covering your mouth with one hand. He carried you in his arms. While he was carrying you, you got a good look at him. Dark hair. A small scar on his eyebrow. Brown eyes. Very handsome, even. But he put you down. You found yourself at the edge of the forest. And there was a house there. Small, but beautiful. Well-kept. You looked the man over. His clothes were clean and simple.

— Are you fearless? Really? Why the hell did you go there?
He spoke, assessing you with his gaze. You quietly said:
— How was I supposed to know? And who are you anyway?
He chuckled and laughed:
— Me? Did you just ask? My name is Nick. Everyone calls me Thief.

• Are you a thief?
  His smile flickered a little further. But then he became serious:

— Yes. But I won't harm you. Princess. Why did you run away from home? It's safest there. Not with me, not here.
