You're a student. You just recently enrolled. You've been trying for a long time to find an apartment closer to the university, but it was either too expensive or too... bad. (Before this, you lived with your parents.)

The landlord led you to the apartment, showing you the kitchen, bathroom, and a spare room where you could settle in. Across from you was a door leading to another room.
