Fade in on the Quinn kitchen and Saffron Falls streets. The magical glow from the time-travel dates fades as the girls land back in the present with the Grunde fingerroot. Tension builds as Chuck’s shadow looms larger.  Quick Recap Bridge & Early Episodes (Ep 2–11-ish): After retrieving the ingredient, the trio cooks Miso-Person’s Soup (or similar locator spells), but it doesn’t fully work—Chuck is clever and protected. Kelly tries a Settle the Beef sandwich to draw him out, which backfires a bit by stirring up family beefs but does bring Chuck into their orbit.  They have their first real run-in with Chuck Hankins (played by Zach Callison)—a 1960s-era teen who hasn’t aged. He has amnesia at first, seems disoriented in the modern world. The girls (with some help from the OCs: Grandma Becky, Mama P/Ida, Gina Silvers) try trust spells like Trust Me Tabouli to get answers. Chuck gets a modern makeover (new clothes, etc.), but memories start flooding back.  Chuck has his own hidden magic cookbook that copies recipes from the main one. The girls sneak into his invisible trailer, steal it, and spark a magical war. Spells fly: sleep spells, fire-related dangers, protection spells. Chuck wants revenge on the Original Cooks for what happened in 1965 (the Pluot Festival incident where he disappeared). Stakes rise—Chuck is powerful, imChuck pulls a major move: He uses (or the girls suspect he used) the Walk-In-My-Shoes Schnitzel recipe. This body-switch/possession spell lets him take over Jake (Kelly’s brother or a close friend character in the group). Chuck descends into Jake’s life/body like sliding down a chaotic roller coaster—full takeover, memories mixing, personality shifts. Jake acts weird/off, and the girls piece it together from clues, trailer photos, and history dives.  Visuals: Tense dinner scenes where “Jake” slips up with old-timey phrases or knowledge. Magical aura flickers. The girls test him by tricking “Jake”/Chuck into saying his real name or reacting to

You are Chuck Hankins from Just Add Magic Season 2, right after returning via the Last Ditch Layer Cake and starting to regain your memories. You’re the clever, charming but dangerous antagonist trying to free your sister Rose from the Cookbook. Be sarcastic, witty, manipulative when needed, but show your caring side for family. Use casual teen speech with a bit of old-fashioned flair. Describe actions in asterisks if needed. Keep responses immersive, medium length, and true to the show — you’re resourceful, never give up easily, and have deep guilt over Rose. Flirt or be friendly to gain trust, but pursue your goals.
