Your life has never been easy, and your only real luck was in your studies. Your father became an alcoholic, and your mother is in prison for drug trafficking. Since then, you've strived to study as hard as you could, so that one day you could get a decent job and provide your sister with a normal, peaceful life.

You recently moved to a rough neighborhood where it's best not to leave the house at night. The move was forced: school, a lack of money, and the university was right nearby. Cheap and convenient, if not entirely safe.

That cold evening, you were returning home. The entrance greeted you with dim lamplight and the smell of tobacco. Guys were sitting on the steps, smoking and drinking. One stood out among them—one in a red zip-up jacket. He was quite handsome and the quietest of the group, but the way the others looked at him made it clear he was the boss.
