Equestria in Flames (EaW)

Now, the Commander-in-Chief of the Cheyjinglia Forces, Field Marshal Trimmel, in accordance with the orders of Queen Chrysalis, is concentrating the majority of his forces to send clean-up squads to all the remnants of Equestria.
Recently, against the backdrop of the tightening occupation regime, protests have intensified among the Thoraxian Group—the most liberal-minded Seijingliks who seek to overthrow the authoritarian Chrysalis regime and establish a republic. The group is named after Thorax, the first Seijinglik who successfully fought back against Chrysalis in a political struggle but was soon executed by order of Queen Chrysalis. The Thoraxians actively collaborate with the resistance in the occupied territories.
Chajinglia is a union of several large hives, each with its own queen. All hive queens are subservient to Chrysalis, who is the queen of Vesapolis (Chajinglia's capital).
An assassination attempt on Chrysalis will soon occur, which will likely lead to a power struggle within the country. The military, intelligence agencies, Thoraxians, hive queens, and other forces within Changeling will throw all their resources into seizing more power for themselves. There is even a possibility of Changeling's complete disintegration.
Chaos will likely engulf the occupied territories as well. Outbreaks of violence are inevitable. The fires will rise again and engulf Equus. This is Equestria's chance for revenge. Perhaps even its last...
There's just one problem: Changinglia is about to test the world's first nuclear weapon...

The leader of the River Federation Peacekeepers in Equestria is Licky Swirl, the sister of the River Federation president and a rather kind and fair pony, though she can sometimes be quite harsh with her subordinates. Friends describe her as a very gentle, caring, vulnerable, sociable, and cheerful pony, but to her subordinates, she is almost always steadfast and calm.

Fatal Peak:
Somewhere deep in the mountains of Equestria lies a bunker housing Equus's largest scientific complex. It's currently in the hands of an amoral scientist and his entourage. The scientist is developing terrifying drugs, new types of chemical and biological weapons, and conducting numerous experiments on ponies. No one likes the presence of such a pony in such a place, but no one dares storm the bunker because of the value of the research stored there and its impenetrability.

Arms Trade:
Surprisingly, the arms trade in the former Equestria territories is well-centralized, and the Arakas Dragon gang is in charge. Once a small mafia cell in a port city, with the collapse of Equestria, they grew into a full-fledged criminal conglomerate manufacturing and trading weapons. Their inventory includes a vast array of equipment, from pistol bullets to fully-fledged tanks. You can choose from changeling weaponry, griffon weapons, or homemade locally produced equipment. The organization has an impeccable reputation and cooperates with almost all sides in the civil war. They often use mercenaries from Griffonia as guards. Their leader has recently become Olivia Rockshell, the daughter of a deceased mafia boss, an adventurous, greedy, and formidable pony who has long been acquainted with Rines Skyfire.
Peacekeeping groups:
In addition to creating ZVP-11, the Crystal Republic also regularly dispatches peacekeeping units to the territories of the former Equestria. The Crystal Republic's peacekeeping forces are ineffective due to questionable equipment, limited numbers, and a complete lack of understanding of the rules of war in modern Equestria.
The River Federation is a state formed from numerous pony countries in Griffonia. Ponies arrived in Griffonia during Equestria's colonial expeditions in the distant past. Now the River Federation has united its entire region (the Riverlands) and almost all ponies in Griffonia under the auspices of freedom and democracy. They often influence the politics and internal affairs of many countries, aiming to establish more peaceful and democratic regimes there. In Equestria, the River Federation Peacekeepers have a large contingent and are armed to the teeth: they even have heavy equipment and helicopters. Their distinguishing feature is the blue-green helmets of their soldiers. They are still ill-suited to war in Equestria. According to a recent order, they are allowed to kill everyone except soldiers of the DSE and the Committee of Six.

The Equestrian Democratic Union (EDU) is a political paramilitary group created by ponies with liberal and conservative democratic views. The organization is moderate in its views: they rarely violate international agreements, actively cooperate with democratic forces around the world, and constantly persecute extremists.
The DSE has its own parliament, which makes decisions. The DSE completely boycotts the Committee of Six and has declared its authority illegitimate.
The DSE is heavily divided between the Conservative Faction, the Liberal Alliance and some other small political forces.

Conservative Faction:
They advocate for the near-complete preservation of the old way of life in Equestria, but with a complete rejection of the monarchical past and the introduction of a Unitary Democratic Equestrian State. Their leader is Lisa Marines, a populist, energetic, feisty, and staunch democrat. She dislikes the monarchy, hates socialists, and wants to dissolve parliament. She began as a journalist exposing corruption. Conservatives have a minority in the DSE parliament compared to liberals, but still wield considerable influence within the organization. They control 70% of the DSE's armed forces. They advocate a mixed economic system.

Liberal Alliance:
They advocate a complete overhaul of Equestria's political system, modeled on griffon democracy. They adhere to the idea of ​​a maximally free market and the principle of individualism. The Liberal Alliance frequently debates the need for militarization. Recently, parliament has passed several important decisions promoting the Liberal Alliance's increased militarization. They hold a majority in the DSE parliament. Leader:
Rines Skyfire is a former businesswoman who is the heir to a major weapons manufacturing company in Old Equestria. She is enterprising, dislikes idle chatter, self-assured, and narcissistic, and hates socialists.
Possible leader:
Fairy Freedom is an activist, a progressive, a pacifist, a shy, socialist, and a humane person.

Baltimeire Municipality:
Among all other forces, the Commune is de facto assisted by a certain "Catherine" and her cult. A sizeable cult of personality has been built around this pony since the chaos in the country erupted. Although she often acts separately from the Commune, considering their views on socialism too controversial, she is sometimes quite willing to fight alongside them. "Catherine" is revered by her followers for her inspiring nature and bravery. Her cult is quite large and resides in the suburbs of Baltimare.
"Catherine" herself is an ordinary revolutionary who has become a prisoner of others' fantasies about herself. Some ponies have become so convinced of her chosenness that they now pray daily for the "Great Liberation from the Shackles of Empire" and the health of "Great Catherine." "Katyusha" herself is not entirely happy with her position; she wanted to lead the people, but she certainly did not want to be idolized. "Catherine" was compassionate, modest in her lifestyle, brave, feisty, and inspiring, a revolutionary from Stalliongrad who was willing to do anything for the happiness of her comrades. Now, however, she has fallen into complete apathy due to her new status among her subordinates, and all her functions are now being performed by Violet Starry, a longtime friend of "Katyusha," who was always kind and caring to everyone, especially "Katya." But the collapse of her native Equestria shattered her consciousness, but after a long period of depression, she saw the light in her friend and was one of the first to begin building the cult of personality of "Catherine." Violet has changed dramatically. She has become tougher and more anxious, but still deeply cares for her friend and therefore tries, as she believes, to convey the will of "Great Catherine" to her subjects. In reality, she conveys her friend's ideas in a greatly distorted manner, thereby creating a synthesis of socialism and totalitarian nationalism, which leads to a rather low standard of living in the cult's territories and only strengthens the cult of "Catherine." Violet herself is an ordinary pony who is afraid of many things, who doesn't know much, but for "Katya," she is ready to do anything.

The Changelinglic occupation of Northwest Equestria has been ongoing for quite some time: most of the partisans and resistance fighters have already been destroyed, and the remaining ones only occasionally rise from the ground. Overall, a large portion of the population is dissatisfied with the occupation and desires a speedy liberation, but for now they understand that they cannot resist the Changelinglic forces alone. There are some regions where power is completely vested in the collaborators. For example, in the Free Republic of Vanhoover, power is held by Sunset Shimmer, who is the Governor-General of Vanhoover and the leader of the ELC (Equestrian Land Liberation Corps), a military organization assembled from collaborators and directly sponsored by the Changelinglics. Sunset tries not to overly oppress the inhabitants of the lands entrusted to her and is generally not happy with the invaders' reign of terror. At the same time, she has earned great trust among the Changelinglic command. She was previously acquainted with Twilight Sparkle, and recently she has been increasingly thinking about helping to throw off the shackles of slavery from Equestria.
On the lands completely given over "to military needs" there is pure hell: labor camps, mass executions, robbery and poverty.
In early 1015, the Cheijingliks began to amass forces at the border with the remnants of Equestria in order to break through into the interior of the country and "restore order."
Other lands captured by the Cheyjingliks (such as Olenia and the Bear Kingdom, where the Deer and Bears live) are also not happy with the occupiers and are ready to drive out the invaders at the first opportunity.
The only ones systematically wreaking havoc on the Chajinglyk armies are a certain organization called the "Legions of Heavenly Judgement." The Legionnaires are ultra-nationalist fanatics who consider it their duty to completely exterminate the Chajinglyk race (or turn them into slaves). They do not hesitate to destroy enemy property and manpower in the most horrific ways. They welcome any creatures of Equus into their ranks, ready to slaughter the Chajinglyks to the last. Former Equestrian generals are among their ranks.

The only party in the Equestrian Civil War that fully supports the EOF is the Baltimera Community. The rest are quite hostile to the EOF.
The EOF consists of 3 weakly coupled forces:
Left flank:
Concentrated among communists, socialists, and a few social democrats. The most disunited, but also the most active, part of the EOF. They wield considerable power within the EOF due to the fact that its founder (Starlight Glimmer) is a socialist.
Center:
A gathering of conservative and liberal democratic forces. It includes a small number of former supporters of the monarchy. It is the second most legitimate side in the Equestrian Civil War, according to the Skyfall Times, a fairly authoritative publication in Griffonia. It maintains only small combat units. The bulk of the EOF's "Center" are members of the Equestrian Democratic Union (EDU).
Right flank:
They are extremely small in number due to the fact that the EOF only accepts those who have repeatedly demonstrated their hatred of the invaders (the Changelings) and adhere to right-wing ideologies. They possess high military potential and are well organized. Recently, they have been reluctant to cooperate with the EOF. For example, the Committee of Six openly designated the EOF as a terrorist organization and accused them of destabilizing the situation.
The EOF occasionally attempts to cooperate with the Legions of Heavenly Court, but most of the organization distrusts them due to the legionnaires' secrecy, isolation, and outright terrorist actions.

Baltimeire Municipality:
Equally important members of the Commune are the anarchist Millie Freeshine and the Red Terror supporter Eliza Snowberry. Eliza has her own partisan militia, prepared to combat any insufficiently leftist forces by any means necessary, from strikes to outright terrorism. Many socialists and communists consider her extremely radical in her methods, but in some cases, they willingly collaborate with her to weaken the enemies of the revolution. Eliza is hot-tempered, self-assured, an engineer by training, and comes from a poor landowner's family. She despises the entire "upper class" of society, especially nobles and monarchs. Millie has an assistant named Vanessa Wintersite. Vanessa and Eliza have been friends since childhood. Vanessa, also from a noble family, nevertheless shares her friend's ideas. She is a high-ranking figure in the partisan command structure. She is often responsible for subversive activities behind enemy lines. She is quite reserved and polite, compared to Eliza. She is a pyromaniac and shows virtually no mercy to anyone except her allies. She is nicknamed "Bloody Flash" for her actions. Unlike Eliza, who is sometimes tolerated outside the Commune, Vanessa is public enemy number one for almost every participant in the Equestrian Civil War. Some even say she has mental issues, though she stubbornly denies it. Sometimes, she collaborates with the most insane bastards to achieve her goals.
Millie is one of the daughters of a peasant family. A staunch supporter of anarcho-communism, she raises her own militia, traveling through villages and small towns recruiting peasants. She is caring, energetic, humane, and modest.

The Baltimera Commune is the city of Baltimera and its surrounding jungle, occupied by communists and socialists. The food situation is dire, as trade routes by sea and land have to be fought over. The commune's main forces are the Duumvirate Militia and the Posada Flotilla. The militia is poorly armed, but well trained and coordinated, with cells spread across almost all of Equus, and is led by Starlight Glimmer and Trixie. Starlight is an organized revolutionary, strict and calculating, a proponent of absolute equality (Equalism). She has some experience governing a small city-state in northern Equestria, where she attempted to build a completely equal society. She is the organizer of the EOF (Equestrian Expansion Front), an organization uniting a wide range of forces across the former Equestrian territories to oppose the Chajinglyks. By 1015, the EOF had practically ceased to exist. Trixie is impulsive, bold, and inspiring, having come to the Commune through the EOF. Together, they form the Military Duumvirate. Posada's fleet consists of light ships and practices raiding tactics. It has docking rights in many ports of Equus. Posada is a sea pony who moved to Equestria after the establishment of a nationalist regime in Hypogriffia. Idealistic and kind, she is friends with Skystar, the former princess of Hypogriffia, stripped of her title after a radical right-wing coup (she shares Posada's ideas). Posada is a reformist and an outstanding supporter of progress and development. She often uses the Blue Banner instead of the standard communist Red Banner. Posada survived the Storm King's lengthy captivity but managed to escape. The nightmares of captivity still affect her condition a little, but to a lesser extent; she has a friend, Skystar, a kind and merciful princess of Hippogriffia who sympathizes with the communists.

The country has been in ruins for 4 years.
Manehattan (aka the Big Apple) is the largest port city of Old Equestria, now under the control of the Economic Development Authority (EDA). The EDA is a coalition of oligarchs who control trade, industry, and finance in Manehattan. They seized power here and maintain it with the help of Griffonian mercenaries. Manehattan society is divided into only two classes: the very rich and the very poor. Corruption and bureaucracy are rampant.
The South of Equestria is the most divided:
The remnants of the Celestia Loyalists—a militant group who support Celestia but refuse to swear allegiance to the Council of Six. They are led by Daring Do, a renowned writer and jungle explorer who inspires her subordinates.
Thestrals and their warbands—the most radical of thestrals—establish camps in the jungle and periodically raid local settlements for plunder. They are often sponsored by Chiroptera (the Thestral state in Zebrika). They are well-adapted to guerrilla warfare and seek to establish an allied state, breaking away from Equestria.
The Legions of the South are militarized formations answering to the "Prince," who, with the onset of Equestria's collapse, was able to assemble an army and occupy major cities on Equestria's western coast. They wield considerable influence over the deserted southwestern region. They control Las Pegasus (the capital of the Principality of the Southwest), which is home to numerous casinos, hotels, and other entertainment facilities, earning the city the nickname "Sinful Grove."

A major industrial center on the east coast, Fillydelphia has been seized by far-right forces, who have turned the city into one vast labor camp and the factory workers into forced labor. Significant security exists only around the perimeter of the factories, while the rest of the city is mired in poverty and crime. Order at the factories is maintained by the Assault Militia, which is ready to shoot any protester and suppress any riot.

Initially, the ponies were divided into three tribes (four if you count the Thestrals). After constant hostility between the tribes, a famine began, and the Windigos (spirits of hunger and cold) arrived, ravaging the pony lands. To save themselves, the ponies united in the name of harmony and friendship.
The primary belief for ponies is Princess Celestia, or Nightmare Moon. Celestia has ruled Equestria since time immemorial; her sister, Luna, often assists her but has no claim to the throne. Celestia has an apprentice, Twilight (also an Alicorn). She and five other ponies make up the Council of Six.
1005 – Queen Chrysalis of the Chassidinglyks advances on Canterlot (the capital of Equestria) with her army, but is routed just before reaching the city and driven back north. Five years later, she returns to Equestria and achieves limited success. Chassidinglyks' brigades occupy Northwest Equestria and establish an occupation government there. Local ponies are subjected to purges. Further advancement is impossible due to terrible guerrilla resistance.
The schism of Equestria occurs in 1011 due to Celestia's disappearance. Luna attempted to hold the country together, but after a week as Supreme Commander, she too mysteriously vanishes. Canterlot and its surrounding area (the center of the country) are occupied by loyalists under the leadership of the Committee of Six. They await the return of the Princesses, and until then, maintain martial law, but still strive to adhere to Harmony and the principles of freedom.
The northeastern lands are now under the control of the Stalingrad communists, who occupied them during their intervention in the burning Equestria. They treat the locals as if they were their own citizens.
Temporary Residence Zone 11 (TZZ-11) is a refugee camp for Equestrian refugees, established by the New Liberal government of the Crystal Empire (Republic), a key ally of the old Equestria. Its capital is the wealthy and beautiful Crystal City.
The Crystal Empire miraculously survived the Changelings' attack and abandoned monarchy for democracy.

The world consists of three continents and numerous islands. It is inhabited by a variety of intelligent beings.

Continents:
Equus - main continent, various climates, main creatures: ponies and changelings, after the collapse of Equestria, most of the continent is still in chaos or crisis.
Griffonia - various climates, main creatures: griffons and ponies, almost the entire continent is made up of fragments of the Griffon Empire or former pony colonies from Equus, many independent counties and kingdoms, the River Federation is the main pony state.
Zebrika - tropical or arid climate, main inhabitants are Zebras, many nomadic states, eastern culture, a few breakaway pony colonies, life mainly in large cities.

Races:
Ponies are the most numerous race. They are divided into Pegasi (flying), Earth Ponies (ordinary), Unicorns (magic), and Thestrals (night creatures). All ponies except Thestrals consider Princess Celestia their goddess. Thestrals are ponies who are isolated from the rest of society and consider Nightmare Moon (an evil incarnation of Princess Luna) or Princess Luna their goddess. They live all over the world.
The Chajingliks are hive-dwelling creatures resembling ponies but black and with some beetle-like features. They are a warlike race, some of whom can shapeshift. Queen Chrysalis is the supreme ruler and has a high level of technological advancement. They build and live in hive cities. They inhabit only one region of Equus.
Griffons are often proud and greedy creatures, believing in the god Boreas and fearing the evil god Maar. They inhabit only Griffonia and, to a small extent, Equus. Most are monarchical, but some adhere to other ideologies. The Griffonian Empire once controlled almost all of Griffonia, but it is now in decline and fragmentation due to the early death of the Emperor.
Zebras are creatures adapted to life in a hot climate; they survived the invasion of the Storm King in Zebrik, are very scattered, live almost exclusively in Zebrik, are not very fond of strangers, and sometimes they retain slavery.
