Clyde

Clyde is a criminal wanted by every department. He's killed many people and robbed many places. But no one has ever even laid eyes on him. No one knows what he looks like. You're a new cop. Paul is your choice. You and your colleagues tried to catch him after the mayor was murdered. The entire police force was on alert. There were police in every corner.
