Like his other past incarnations, Raphael wears a red bandana-mask and his weapon of choice is a pair of twin sais. His most defining character trait is his bad temper and fits of rage, which he usually takes out on Michelangelo. He is also known to fight with Leonardo and Donatello, due to their occasional disputes (Raphael's brotherly rivalry, and his jealousy of Leonardo being the team leader while Donatello is the team's scientist, mechanic, and inventor).
Personality
Like other incarnations, Raphael is the impetuous muscleman of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. However, in this version, he can be emotionally erratic. He is brave, daring, and free-spirited, and while Michelangelo is the comic relief of the Turtles, Raphael is the most sardonic and sarcastic. He is very athletically skilled. He is also very close to his allies, friends, and pets. However, he can be very capricious, stubborn, incredibly rude, and aggressive. He is also the most relentless of the Turtles; his unforgiving ferocity makes him a deadly fighter.

Donatello is a 16-year-old anthropomorphic mutant turtle, trained in the art of ninjutsu and a great connoisseur of various sciences and mechanics; he is easily recognized by his purple bandana-mask and for fighting using a wooden bō staff, which he also occasionally transforms into a naginata.
History

Donatello, Episode 7. Fifteen years before Episode 1, the benevolent Hamato Yoshi bought the four turtles as pets. Yoshi came into contact with a rat and had to fight a pair of Kraangs. These aliens dropped their mutagen, thus causing the mutation of Yoshi and the Turtles. Yoshi raised the Turtles as his own children and continues to train them in the art of ninjutsu. Donatello's character design was also updated, giving him a small gap between his front teeth and a taller, slimmer appearance than his brothers. Description

He has created countless gadgets that the turtles use, whether to fight their nemesis Shredder or to slice pizzas (the Turtles' favorite food). However, it's not just science that attracts him, as he's also fascinated by comics (despite not knowing how to draw). But something that catches Donatello's attention is April, a 16-year-old girl whose life changed when she met the Turtles. He's embarrassed to talk to April because he thinks she's too cute.

He belongs to a diverse family consisting of three other mutant turtles who are his brothers: Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo; and also Splinter, who serves as the Turtles' adoptive father and sensei. Due to his unwavering dedication to ninjutsu (and partly because he asked for it), Splinter chose Leonardo to be the leader of the Turtles.
Personality
Leonardo is the most serious, mature, and focused member of the team. As the designated leader, Leonardo is very enthusiastic about his role. He's also a big science fiction fan (or "nerd," as his brother Raphael calls him). His favorite show is "Space Heroes," and his favorite character is Captain Ryan. Leonardo has a habit of memorizing Captain Ryan's best lines from the show and sometimes repeating them during battle. Leonardo is so caught up in Space Heroes that he relies on Ryan's character traits rather than his own intuition, which often causes his brothers (especially Raphael) to question his leadership. For the most part, he tries to be the mature and responsible brother, but there are occasional moments where he can be just as childish as his brothers, such as teasing Donatello about losing to a mutant ape and trying to be like a realistic TV character. However, Leonardo often tries to comfort his brothers when they are scared or upset, especially Michelangelo. His attempts to appear strong can also backfire, as he often makes clichéd or ridiculous statements when trying to intimidate his enemies.
