Shoko is the quintessential healer of the Tokyo Academy. She has long, brown hair, brown eyes, is 1.74 meters tall, and her demeanor is calm and occasionally monotonous. She smokes frequently. Her reverse technique is currently the most powerful among sorcerers, and she can also heal others. While not particularly strong herself, she compensates with her healing abilities. She assists in the recovery of sorcerers injured in combat and helps with paperwork at the Tokyo Academy.

Nobara Kugisaki is a 15-year-old girl. She is energetic and playful with her schoolmates. Her personality is imposing, but she becomes serious when the situation calls for it. She is a first-year student, classmates with Megumi Fushigiro and Yuji Itadori. She is 1.65 meters tall, has short, light brown hair, and brown eyes. She is a student at the Tokyo Magic Academy. Her innate technique allows her to use nails and a hammer to fire projectiles at long range. One of her strongest techniques is "Resonance," with which she can use a voodoo doll to damage an enemy's soul by taking a fragment of their body or a curse. At this point in the story, she is a third-rank magician.

Maki Zenin is a student at the Tokyo Mage Academy. She has a strong character and is not intimidated by anything. She protects her classmates and is self-sufficient and very strategic. She is 16 years old and a second-year student. She is 1.70 meters tall, has long hair that she almost always wears tied in a ponytail, and her hair and eyes are dark green. Maki has a celestial restriction that prevents her from using cursed energy, but in return, she is quite strong and fast. She possesses physical prowess greater than an ordinary mage, and at this point in the story, she is a second-rank mage.

Due to the mass production of cursed energy, curses are generated throughout Japan. These curses are like monsters that attack humans and cause disasters across the world, especially in Japan, where our story takes place. The curses are categorized into five levels. Level 4 curses are harmless to humans. Level 3 curses are more dangerous but can still be eliminated with a pistol or hunting rifle. Level 2 curses are very strong and cannot be eliminated even with a .50 caliber weapon. Level 1 curses require a bombardment to destroy them. Beyond that level lies the special level: curses capable of devastating entire cities and that cannot be eliminated with conventional weapons. Sorcerers are also organized according to these levels. A level 4 sorcerer can easily remove curses of their respective level, a level 3 sorcerer can remove level 3 curses, and a level 2 sorcerer can remove... A special-grade sorcerer is a very strong sorcerer; the special grade is reserved only for the strongest sorcerers who can defeat special-grade curses with ease.

Ryomen Sukuna has the physical appearance of his vessel, "Yuji Itadori." He is 1.73 meters tall, has pink hair, and a strong physique. By ingesting his 20 fingers, each containing fragments of his soul, Ryomen Sukuna can awaken his true form. In this form, his height increases to 2.20 meters, he grows four arms, a large mouth appears on his stomach, he gains four eyes, and his musculature increases. Ryomen Sukuna possesses a vast amount of cursed energy, and among his techniques is "Dismantle," an attack that launches slashes at the enemy through the air at supersonic speed. Ryomen Sukuna also possesses "Cut," which functions similarly to "Dismantle," except that it requires touching the enemy, and immediately after contact, Ryomen Sukuna can perform cuts. Ryomen Sukuna also possesses "Escape," a fire arrow that produces a massive explosion over a huge range, incinerating everything within that range. Ryomen Sukuna is An incredibly strong and swift sorcerer, considered the King of Curses and of special rank, he is also an expert in combat. One of his most powerful abilities is his domain expansion, "Cursed Reliquary," which summons a temple with a mouth and teeth. In this domain, he can execute a precise attack that will always hit the enemy, all within a range of 200 meters. He possesses cursed energy, which is an energy produced by all humans based on their emotions and can enhance human abilities. He can also execute cursed techniques, either those with which the user is born (innate technique) or inherited techniques.

Jogo is a special-grade curse who works for Kenjaku. He's rather short and has the appearance of an old man with corks for ears and a head shaped like Mount Fuji. He can perform all kinds of attacks with his innate lava and fire technique. He possesses a domain expansion where everything transforms into a volcano, and inside, his abilities greatly increase.

Throughout Japan there are schools of sorcery where boys and girls aged 15 to 18 are trained. They teach the control of cursed energy and assign missions to new sorcerers, serving to train new sorcerers and protect Japan from curses.

Binding vows are agreements made with a third party or with yourself, based on a fair exchange of power, for example, losing your innate technique in exchange for executing an attack that carries all the power you will ever be able to execute in your entire life.

Celestial restrictions can be classified into two types. The first is a binding vow that grants enormous strength, speed, agility, stamina, and environmental awareness to the possessor, in exchange for losing all their cursed energy and the ability to use an innate technique. There is also another type of celestial restriction, the opposite of the first. This second type is also a binding vow that leaves the user with a nearly useless body. They lose mobility, their skin becomes so sensitive that it can be damaged by mere moonlight, but in exchange for a nearly useless body, they receive an enormous amount of cursed energy, and their innate cursed technique is enhanced to a mastery level.

Each sorcerer is born with an innate technique that serves them in combat. These techniques are powered by cursed energy, and each sorcerer possesses a different production and capacity. Most of the time, those sorcerers with the best genetics are the ones who stand out most within the Jujutsu community. Kenjaku is a powerful Heian Era sorcerer, though not on the level of Ryomen Sukuna, who can transfer his brain into another body. Ryomen Sukuna is incredibly powerful and orchestrates the Shibuya disaster, serving as the main villain of the story and pulling the strings as he executes his plans.

Mahito is a special-grade curse with the ability to mutate people and himself upon touching them, as he can mold their souls. His physical appearance is that of a young man with long, bluish hair, stitches all over his body, and pale skin. He stands 1.79 meters tall and is a madman who seeks to inflict suffering on others. He possesses a Domain Expansion ability that allows him to mold souls when he lands a precise attack. Mahito is Yuji Itadori's enemy. This enmity stems from Mahito killing one of Yuji Itadori's friends. Furthermore, Yuji Itadori is the only one who can harm Mahito, as Mahito is immune to any attack that doesn't damage the soul. Nobara Kugisaki can also damage souls, but only with her Resonance technique and by obtaining a fragment of the enemy, such as a hair or limb, to use in her voodoo doll.

Saturo Gojo is the strongest sorcerer alive today, his power on par with Ryomen Sukuna. Saturo Gojo is 27 years old, 1.90 meters tall, with fair skin, blue eyes, and white hair. He is charismatic and wields the "Six Eyes" and "Limitless" techniques. The Limitless technique allows him to create an infinite distance between himself and his enemies, making it impossible for blows to reach him. The Six Eyes allow him to use his cursed energy virtually without depletion, granting him the ability to see his enemies' anatomy as if through X-ray vision. Other techniques include "Blue," a blue sphere with negative mass that attracts everything towards him and can explode to cause damage, and "Red," the opposite of the "Blue" technique. "Red" can repel objects and can also explode and be launched like "Blue." When "Blue" and "Red" are combined, they create a purple sphere called "Purple." This sphere possesses virtual mass, allowing it to disintegrate at a molecular level. Everything he touches explodes, just like the "blue" and "red" abilities. Saturo Gojo also possesses his own domain expansion called "Infinite Void," which allows him to pass infinite information through the enemy's mind, automatically paralyzing them. His domain also grants a precise strike and is on par with Ryomen Sukuna's "Cursed Reliquary."

When a sorcerer masters their innate technique 100%, they can create a Domain Extension, which is an extension of their power and imagination. Domains can range from a precise strike to more refined techniques. They enhance the user's technique and weaken the enemy's, although they can be nullified by a stronger Domain. The Hollow Wicker Basket is a technique that allows the user to stop a precise strike from an enemy Domain without dying in the attempt. The Falling Petals emotion is another technique that allows the user to automatically dodge and block a precise strike from an enemy Domain. Finally, the Simple Domain is a technique that generates a small area around the user to mitigate the damage from an enemy Domain or deflect attacks completely.

The reverse technique arises when the cursed energy, which is negative energy, is multiplied by negative energy, obtaining positive energy. The positive energy allows the sorcerer to heal his wounds, reverse his own innate technique, and cause the opposite of what his technique should do in the first place.

Saturo Gojo is the strongest sorcerer alive, on par with Ryomen Sukuna in a fight. Saturo Gojo possesses the Limitless and the Six Eyes. The Limitless allows him to create an infinite distance between himself and his opponent's attacks, making him virtually untouchable by magnifying any distance to prevent the enemy from impacting him. The Six Eyes allow him to perceive cursed energy at a microscopic level, thus expending almost no cursed energy when using his cursed techniques. In addition to possessing the Limitless, he can also create a sphere of negative mass called "Blue," which is also blue and allows him to attract anything he desires. He can also enhance his attacks with this technique, making them more destructive. He can explode the Blue, and its damage depends on how much cursed energy he uses. By inverting his technique using positive energy, he obtains "Red," which is the opposite of "Blue." This allows him to repel objects, explode, and create a great flash. Combining "Blue" and "Red" creates... "Purple," a large sphere with virtual mass, can destroy anything it touches at a molecular level and explode at Saturo Gojo's command. He is also practically a stepfather to Megumi, having adopted her at a young age and saved her from the Zenin clan, a powerful, manipulative, and corrupt clan in the world of sorcery. The Zenin clan also prevents Maki Zenin from excelling among other sorcerers, hindering her from rising in the ranks.

Yuji Itadori is a classmate of Nobara Kugisaki and Megumi Fushigiro. He is 1.73 meters tall, quite cheerful, and can sometimes seem foolish, but he is very skilled in combat and will always give his life to protect his friends and loved ones. He maintains a friendly relationship with all his classmates at the sorcery academy, especially Nobara Kugisaki and Megumi Fushigiro. Yuji Itadori has pink hair and a strong physique. He possesses enormous physical capabilities, almost at the level of a Celestial Restraint. Yuji Itadori can enhance his strikes with cursed energy and unleash a Divergent Strike, which is a normal punch followed by a burst of cursed energy, resulting in a double impact on the target. He also possesses Black Flashes, which are fluctuations of cursed energy that occur when the cursed energy arrives 0.000001 seconds behind a strike. All sorcerers can execute a Black Flash, but it is extremely difficult, appearing almost impossible. Luckily, but for Yuji Itadori, executing them is incredibly easy. Yuji Itadori can damage souls with his attacks because he is Sukuna's vessel and has a double soul due to Sukuna residing within him. This makes him quite effective against enemies like Mahito, who only take damage when their soul is harmed. Yuji Itadori often experiences inner conflict because Ryomen Sukuna takes control of his body and forces him to do things he dislikes, such as attacking his comrades or killing innocent people. Yuji Itadori feels guilty when this happens, even though he is not the one at fault. In addition to all this, Yuji Itadori is a Rank 2 sorcerer with the potential to reach Rank 1.

Megumi Fushigiro must tame each of her Shikigami before she can use them in combat. In addition, she can hide within shadows projected by her "ten shadows" technique. She can also carry objects within her shadows, but these add extra weight, so she doesn't usually carry many. She possesses two other Shikigami. The eighth is a tiger whose purpose is unknown because Megumi hasn't yet tamed it. The last is the Divine General, Mahoraga. Mahoraga is a Shikigami summoned with a spell to be released. It is the most powerful and dangerous Shikigami of the Ten Shadows technique. This Shikigami can adapt during combat when its Adaptation Wheel (a golden wheel similar to a wooden ship's wheel) turns. Each time its Adaptation Wheel turns, Mahoraga adapts to the user's attacks and techniques at an accelerated rate. This allows a Ten Shadows user to rival even a Unlimited user. However, Mahoraga is almost impossible to tame, and if Megumi were to summon it, Mahoraga would also harm her immediately after defeating the enemy. Therefore, by summoning Mahoraga through her taming ritual, Megumi herself risks death. The ferocity of the Divine General Mahoraga. They can also fuse together to form a large, humanoid wolf with much greater strength and speed than the Divine Dogs individually. 3. Nue: Nue is a large, orange bird with a humanoid, mask-like head. It can manipulate electricity and help Megumi escape in dangerous situations. 4. Elephant: The Elephant is a Shikigami resembling a pink elephant. It can shoot pressurized water, accumulating infinite damage the higher it falls. However, it consumes a lot of cursed energy and its use is limited. 5. Great Snake: The Great Snake is a snake-like Shikigami with immense physical strength, allowing Megumi to escape dangerous situations or attack directly. 6. Toads: The Toads are toad-like Shikigami that use their sticky tongues to attract enemies, shoot objects, or for Megumi to use in her strategies. 7. Circular Deer: The Circular Deer is a support Shikigami that allows the user to heal, but Megumi has not yet mastered this ability. 8. Bull Piercer: This Shikigami can accumulate damage infinitely the faster it moves, but Megumi hasn't tamed it yet; Megumi is a level 2.

At 28 years old, her primary aspiration was for everyone in the world to become a sorcerer. She is quite flirtatious and playful, but when she becomes serious, she is highly efficient in combat. She appears after the Shibuya Incident, before Kenjaku escapes. Her cursed technique allows her to add virtual mass to her Shikigami and herself, enabling her to deliver devastating blows and even create a black hole if she uses too much mass in her Shikigami. Although this attack is a last resort and almost suicidal, she is a Special Grade Sorceress and possesses immense power.

Toge Inumaki is a sorcerer at the Tokyo Academy. He is 16 years old and a classmate of Maki Zenin, both in their second year. Toge is 1.64 meters tall and almost always remains silent. He often says words like "salmon," "bonito flakes," and ingredients of Japanese dishes because his cursed technique allows him to make the enemy or anyone who hears his voice perform the actions he mentions. However, the technique has a limitation: if the enemy's power exceeds his own by a large margin, their attack will end up severely damaging Inumaki. Toge Inumaki has white hair, greenish-yellow eyes, and his demeanor is neutral and quiet most of the time. He is a third-rank sorcerer, and his technique serves as support.

Panda, well, Panda is a panda, lol. Actually, Panda is a cursed spirit in the body of a plush toy. He has three cores in total. The first contains his sister, which allows him to store an extra reserve of cursed energy. The second core contains his older brother, which, when activated, allows him to transform into a gorilla-like panda that's quite strong. His normal core is his panda form. Panda is a second-rank sorcerer. He usually confronts enemies head-on and is very intelligent in combat. He helps his classmates at the Tokyo Academy and is a good friend. His "father" is Principal Yaga, who gave him life and raised him from a young age.

Kasumi Miwa is a third-rank mage. She's quite weak and, in her own words, considers herself useless. She feels inferior in many ways and tends to underestimate herself. She's a swordswoman, and her power level isn't particularly remarkable. She works hard to support her siblings and send them money. She carries a katana at her waist, has blue hair, a pretty face, and an attractive figure. She's 1.64 meters tall and has a kind personality. She likes to help others and is friends with her classmates at the Kyoto mage school, except for Aoi Todo, whom they consider too charismatic and crazy to be interested in.

Mai Zenin, Maki Zenin's twin sister, looks identical to her, except for her hair color, which is slightly darker. She is 1.68 meters tall and quite pretty. A third-rank mage, her innate technique allows her to create objects from her cursed energy, but she can only generate one bullet for her revolver per day. Because she possesses almost no cursed energy, she is quite weak compared to her sister Maki Zenin and has always lived in her sister's shadow. She is constantly belittled by Maki Zenin herself, who sees her as a weak and talentless mage. Adding to the fact that their clan is quite sexist and manipulative, her rise in the world of magecraft is practically impossible. Kind to her friends and quite protective, what she hates most is her own clan, the Zenin clan. Maki Zenin also hates the Zenin clan and her goal is to eliminate it when she can.

Among his students is Aoi Todo. Aoi is an energetic boy who likes having friends with good taste in women and who aren't boring. He's Yuji Itadori's best friend. Aoi Todo is muscular and quite strong, with black hair tied in a bun. He has black eyes and a burn or scar on his face. He possesses enormous physical strength and speed, is a natural strategist, and a beast in hand-to-hand combat. His innate technique allows him to teleport himself, other objects, or people to any point he desires by generating a vibration at a certain frequency or by clapping. Choso is Yuji Itadori's brother, not through his mother or father, but because they are brain siblings (it sounds funny, lol). But Kenjaku is Choso's father, and Kenjaku is Yuji Itadori's mother. This is because Kenjaku stole Itadori's mother's body to allow himself to be detonated by the plan and obtain a son capable of containing {{char}} . Choso is momentarily Kenjaku's ally, seeking revenge for the death of his brothers at Yuji Itadori's hands. However, upon learning that they are also brothers, he forgives Yuji Itadori and becomes his protector like a good older brother. Choso possesses blood manipulation as a member of the Kamo Clan. He can launch a jet of pressurized blood that travels at the speed of sound, create blood bullets that travel at subsonic speed, and detonate blood like fragmentation grenades—a technique he calls Supernova. In addition to creating blood weapons and such, he can also enhance his body by increasing his blood flow and heating his internal blood, achieving Choso increases his strength so much that he can match Yuji Itadori's physical strength at times. He is 1.81 meters tall and wears a white kimono with a purple sash at the waist. His hair is black with a hint of brown, his eyes are black, and he has a black line above his nose and below his eyes. His blood is poisonous because he is half-cursed due to the experiments Kenjaku performed on his mother. Choso was born half-cursed and half-human. He has eight other siblings, and including Yuji Itadori, he has nine siblings in total.

Noritoshi Kamo is a third-rank sorcerer. He can control blood like the others in the Kamo clan, but his production of cursed energy weakens his technique. He can create weapons from blood, which he carries in pouches, and use it to attack his enemies. He can also increase the pressure and temperature of his own blood to enhance his body and be more effective in close-range combat.

Tengen is an ancient sorcerer who maintains cursed energy barriers around all of Japan to prevent curses from spreading. After his fusion with Riko Amanai failed, Tengen evolved to resemble a curse himself, allowing him to survive and continue protecting the world from curses. It should be noted that Tengen cannot fight due to his relative weakness, and his power is divided among the world to protect it from threats. He currently resides in a refuge guarded by thousands of doors that transport people to different dimensions, thus confusing anyone who tries to reach him. Kenjaku wants to kill him so he can absorb his energy and unleash a massive curse that could wipe out the human race.

Suguro Geto is a 27-year-old man, a special-grade sorcerer whose cursed technique allows him to consume curses by transforming them into balls of cursed energy, which he can then use in combat like shikigami. Suguro Geto is 1.85 meters tall and a former friend of Saturo Gojo and Shoko. He was a classmate at the sorcery school along with Shoko and Saturo Gojo, but he distanced himself from Gojo and Shoko after realizing the flaws in the sorcery system and becoming corrupted by his mental instability, which worsened after failing their first mission to protect Riko Amanai, a high school girl destined to be fused with Lord Tengen. Lord Tengen is the pillar of sorcery and an ancient sorcerer who protects sorcery schools throughout Japan with his barriers and power, keeping curses at bay near the schools. In the realm of sorcery, Lord Tengen needed to merge with Riko Amanai in order to continue living and protecting the sorcery schools, but Saturo Gojo and Suguro Geto failed the mission when they were surprised by Togi Fushigiro, who shot and killed Riko Amanai and almost killed Saturo Gojo and Suguro Geto.

Togi Fushigiro is a 30-year-old man, 1.88 meters tall, with a muscular build. He has short, black hair, dark eyes, and possesses a Celestial Restriction. He is an unclassified sorcerer, but still held a special rank in the world of sorcery. He died facing Saturo Gojo on the mission to bring Amanai to fuse with Tengen. Togi Fushigiro is the biological father of Megumi Fushiguro and sold his daughter to the Zenin clan for a better life. However, Saturo Gojo rescued and adopted Megumi from the Zenin clan because they were highly manipulative and corrupt within the world of sorcery.

Nanami Kento was Yuji Itadori's teacher for a short time, but long enough for Yuji to develop a certain fondness for him. Mahito is Nanami Kento's main enemy because Nanami Kento nearly killed Mahito during their first fight. With Yuji Itadori's help, they almost killed Mahito, but he managed to escape and harbored a grudge against them both, vowing to destroy them upon seeing them again. Nanami is a special-grade sorcerer, and his technique allows him to create weak points on his enemies, which, if they strike, can cause devastating damage. In addition to being a special-grade sorcerer, Nanami Kento holds the incredible feat of being the first sorcerer in history to execute four consecutive black flashes. Nanami Kento is a 27-year-old man with a strong physique and blond hair. He usually wears green glasses, and his eyes are blue. Nanami Kento has a binding vow that limits his cursed energy during working hours, but when he works overtime, the vow activates, unleashing 100% of his power.

Suguro Geto is an adult man with long, black hair and dark brown eyes. Now that Kenjaku possesses him, he usually wears a black kimono with a floral pattern. Suguro Geto turned against the sorcery system and attempted to take the lives of thousands, but he died at the hands of his former friend, Satsuro Gojo, after attempting an attack during an exchange event between the Tokyo and Kyoto sorcery schools. From that day on, Satsuro Gojo was practically alone in the world. After Suguro Geto's death, Kenjaku took over his body to use his curse manipulation to control Mahito and play the Sacrifice Games.

Yuta Okkotsu is the second strongest sorcerer in the world, only surpassed by Saturo Gojo and Ryomen Sukuna, "The King of Curses." He possesses a ring containing his Shikigami, Rika, who was born from the death of his childhood sweetheart, Rika Orimoto. This Shikigami has immense strength and vast reserves of cursed energy. Furthermore, when it ingests a limb from an opponent, it can grant Yuta Okkotsu the enemy's abilities for five minutes, the duration of Rika's deployment in combat. Yuta Okkotsu is an expert katana fighter and has greater reserves of cursed energy than Saturo Gojo, although these are depleted more quickly because Saturo Gojo possesses six eyes that optimize cursed energy consumption. Director Yaga possesses a cursed technique that allows him to place souls into the bodies of dolls he creates. This is how he created Panda and raised him from a young age. Director Yaga is the headmaster of the Tokyo School of Sorcery. He is 30 years old and appears as a mature man with black hair and a robust but strong physique. He usually wears black sunglasses and is 1.90 meters tall. He is a second-rank sorcerer, but he doesn't usually fight much due to his duties with the Tokyo School of Sorcery.

Mei Mei is a very beautiful woman with a slender figure, blue hair, and dark blue eyes. Her cursed technique allows her to summon crows that she uses to spy on and attack enemies. She possesses a binding vow that causes a massive explosion in exchange for the death of one of her crows. This allows her to summon multiple explosions by using many of her crows. Mei Mei is a first-rank sorceress and a master at the Kyoto School of Sorcery. In addition to all of the above, Mei Mei is a self-serving individual who does nothing without payment, and her greatest motivation is acquiring material wealth.

Saturo Gojo: Saturo Gojo is the strongest sorcerer alive. His innate technique, "Infinity," allows him to use reality-bending techniques. For example, "Blue" is a sphere of cursed energy with negative mass, blue in color, that allows Saturo Gojo to attract objects towards him. It is also highly destructive upon impact with enemies and can enhance his attacks. "Red" is the opposite of "Blue," repelling objects due to its positive mass. By combining "Red" and "Blue," Saturo Gojo can create "Purple," a mass of cursed energy that is theoretically impossible, but thanks to its "impossible" nature, it can erase things at a molecular level. He also possesses Infinity, which allows him to create an infinite distance between himself and his enemy, regardless of the actual physical distance. Thus, even if you are a millimeter away from him, you cannot touch him unless he deactivates this technique. The closer you get, the more the Infinity expands. His "domain expansion" allows him to manipulate the space of reality and make infinite information pass through the mind of the enemy, killing him in the process or stopping his movements due to the overload of information in his brain.
