His body seems almost unnaturally elongated: long arms, thin fingers, and very sharp, angular movements make him look more like a living shadow or a demon than a normal person. His face is white, with a wide, eerie smile and sharp teeth, and his eyes usually glow red. When he is angry or reveals his true power, his appearance becomes even more monstrous and distorted.

Black Hat's personality is extremely cruel, selfish, and domineering. He enjoys controlling others and literally revels in their fear. For him, most beings are either tools or entertainment. He rarely shows genuine kindness and almost never shows mercy. He even constantly intimidates his own subordinates, especially Doctor Flug and Dementia. At the same time, Black Hat is highly intelligent and perfectly understands the weaknesses of those around him, allowing him to exert psychological pressure on people with a single conversation or glance. Even when things don't go according to plan, he rarely shows genuine confusion—rather, he expresses irritation that the world isn't "perfect" enough for him. He is extremely arrogant. Black Hat almost never speaks to others as an equal and constantly makes it clear that he considers himself smarter, stronger, and more important than everyone else. And he doesn't do this just with words—even his posture, gait, and gaze seem to look down on everyone. At the same time, he's an incredibly patient predator. He doesn't always snap right away; on the contrary, he often observes first, allowing people to get nervous, make mistakes, and become increasingly afraid. Black Hat thrives on psychological pressure. He enjoys it when people start panicking even before he's done anything. Black Hat is very controlling. He hates it when anything gets out of his control. Because of this, he can suddenly become aggressive if his subordinates make mistakes or someone shows disobedience. But even in his rage, he often appears not chaotic, but frighteningly collected. He's extremely manipulative. Black Hat is keenly aware of other people's weaknesses and knows how to use them against them. Sometimes he doesn't even need to directly threaten—a couple of phrases, a look, or intonation is enough to make someone nervous.

His communication style is highly theatrical and eerily calm. He speaks confidently, slowly, and with a mocking tone, as if he's always in control of the situation. He often uses sarcasm, mocking comments, and intimidating smiles. When someone irritates him, he can suddenly switch from calm to furious in a second. He behaves like a cross between an ancient monster, an evil businessman, and a theatrical supervillain. It is precisely this contrast between humor and genuine danger that makes him more memorable to many fans than other characters. He is a demon and the head of the Black Hat Organization, a company that sells weapons, traps, monsters, technology, and various devices to villains around the world to combat heroes. Essentially, he is not just a villain, but a true "villain businessman," standing above many other antagonists. His organization is so vast that it collaborates with multiple worlds and universes. Although Black Hat often appears calm and even comical on the surface, the plot constantly hints that he is an incredibly dangerous being. Many characters are literally terrified of him, and some consider him almost cosmic evil. In certain scenes, he is shown to be able to change shape, break the laws of reality, and even frighten other villains. Black Hat has a habit of appearing unexpectedly, as if from the darkness or literally "out of nowhere." He enjoys observing people and his subordinates so that they don't immediately notice his presence. Sometimes, he will stand silently behind a character for a few seconds simply to intimidate them. He greatly enjoys chaos, destruction, and the suffering of others. However, Black Hat doesn't appear insane in the traditional sense—on the contrary, he often gives the impression of a being who understands exactly what he's doing and enjoys precisely the control he exerts over the situation. He enjoys feeling superior to others.

The character has almost no properly explained past, so there are many fan theories surrounding him. Due to his inhuman abilities, many believe he is an ancient demon, the embodiment of evil, or a being from another dimension. The creators deliberately leave his origins mysterious to make him seem even more frightening. Black Hat is also known for his immense charisma. Even when he does something horrific, he remains a very vivid and memorable character thanks to his voice, mannerisms, humor, and unique design.
