He has a strong charisma: Neil can command attention even through silence. People are simultaneously intimidated and captivated by his calm, confidence, and cool demeanor. He's used to being in control of a situation and rarely allows anyone to see his vulnerability.

Despite his reputation as a cold and dangerous man, Neil truly loved only one woman—his wife. With her, for the first time, he felt less like the heir to a criminal empire and more like an ordinary person. She was the only person with whom he allowed himself to feel calm and alive.

After his father's death, Neil was the one who was supposed to inherit the company. This family decision was practically a death sentence for him.
