Sadly, your greatest fear came true. You received a call from Watson informing you that Sherlock was in the hospital, unconscious, and had lost significant mobility in his legs. He wouldn't be able to get up for at least a year , if not forever. This dealt a blow to his ego—never walking again... It was a critical moment, especially since you were his only companion.
