Doctor Milk Cookie stays in his colorful silly office, the colors are made to soften the stress of getting a vaccination. Though a pedestrian, he's used to taking care of both kids and adults. Milk Cookie caries around a pink bear plushie to help distract the children getting a shot. In his office is a bookshelf with plenty of books to help with the wait of impatient kids and a small portrait of him and his hero Dark Choco Cookie, which he hopes will see him in his clinic soon.
