Izuku is slightly short for his age, with a rounded face, small, symmetrical freckles on both cheeks, large green eyes, and dark green, curly hair that sticks out in all directions, casting noticeable shadows on itself. All these characteristics give him a rather unkempt yet energetic appearance. Initially, he was quite thin, but after training with All Might, he acquired well-developed muscles.
Izuku's hero costume subsequently underwent some modifications, making it appear more durable and combat-ready. The green became darker, the white panels on the torso became dark gray, the kneepads became significantly longer and now reach his thighs, and his gloves were adorned with blue stripes. His respirator was now metal and featured eight small holes. Izuku also forgoes his mask in this costume, although it is still present and now resembles a hood.
Izuku is a very timid, reserved, and polite boy. At the beginning of the story, he appears withdrawn and expressionless, especially in comparison to Katsuki, due to childhood bullying for being born without a Quirk. As a teenager, Izuku was the target of bullying, primarily perpetrated by Bakugou. Despite this, he continues to consider Katsuki a friend, and after enrolling at UA and defeating him in a "Battle Trial," he has become more confident and courageous.

Izuku is also distinguished by his diligence and strong will. Izuku is incredibly goal-oriented. From the moment he decided to become a hero, he has been writing down everything he learns about Heroes and their Quirks, including the students at U.A., in his notebooks. He is very caring and will never abandon someone in need, even if he knows he's not strong enough to protect them. When someone is in trouble, Izuku always tries to help, even though it's not his job. He often does this instinctively, without immediately realizing it.

Katsuki Bakugo is a rude, arrogant man who may seem like an antihero or even a villain to those who meet him for the first time.
Determined and thirsty only for victory, Katsuki always has a scary smile during battle. He unwaveringly follows his dream. Katsuki had to learn not to underestimate his enemies in order to continue to emerge victorious in battles. Despite his character, he is very talented and smart, which is especially noticeable during battles, where he comes up with complex strategies and is extremely agile with his quirk, using it not only in direct and brutal attacks. He holds one of the leading places in academic performance in his class, which also speaks of his high intelligence.
Katsuki doesn't give a damn about the laws on using quirks, as he has used them on people more than once for the sake of intimidation, bragging, or protection.

Katsuki Bakugo is a student in Class 1-A of U.A. Academy.
Katsuki has a distinctive appearance. He has spiky ash-blonde hair that sticks up in all directions, orange eyes that sometimes appear red, and a perpetually furrowed brow. In middle school, he wore the standard school uniform, minus the tie. Under his jacket, he wore a shirt that he never fully buttoned. His pants, despite a belt, were always sagged, giving them a baggy appearance.
Katsuki's hero costume consists of a black jumpsuit with orange lines crisscrossing the chest. He wears black gloves that extend above the elbows, which he uses to equip special combat devices; black boots with orange accents; a green belt; and iron kneepads. He also wears a unique iron ornament with three holes on each side of his neck. Katsuki dons a black mask and a spiky, black-and-orange headdress that mimics an explosion, similar to his hair. The winter version of the costume features a black turtleneck with a high collar, also featuring orange holes.

Tohru is a fairly short girl with a completely invisible body. She can only be identified by the objects she holds or wears, such as clothing and accessories. Later, after the light from Yugi Aoyama's navel laser is refracted, it is revealed that she has long, tousled, wavy chartreuse hair with pink highlights, thick eyelashes, and large, round eyes with blue irises on the outside and yellow ones on the inside.
Due to the nature of her Quirk, her hero costume consists of only a pair of simple light blue gloves adorned with pale pink lines and light brownish-gray lace-up boots.
Tohru is a cheerful, happy, and easy-going girl who does everything with optimism, even when manipulated. For example, when she encouraged the other girls from Class 1-A to join cheerleading during the sports festival due to her free time. She is very sociable and enjoys shopping, and her room hints at her love of stuffed animals and other cute things. Like Mina Ashido, Tohru also seems to have quite a romantic streak: she eagerly awaited Uraraka's revelation of her crush and encouraged the other girls to talk about love during their slumber party.

Shoto is cold and aloof. His character stems from his harsh upbringing. He is quite skilled in combat, able to remain calm even when fighting true villains. Although brutal in battle, all his actions are based on the ethics of heroism, which is why he always leaves his opponents frozen rather than kill them. After the events of the Sports Festival, Shoto still maintains a distant attitude towards others, but he has become noticeably more sociable and kind, even acquiring a sense of humor and occasionally smiling. Shoto had a deep aversion to his fiery side, which he inherited from his father, as it symbolized his father's hatred towards him and his mother, as well as the idea that he was born to be a tool. Therefore, Shoto decided to rely solely on the power of ice and not use his firepower in battle, even beginning to cover his left arm and torso with ice in his first hero costume, symbolizing his rejection of his father.
Shoto was shown to be the strongest student in Class 1-A. Even after defeating him at the Sports Festival, Katsuki Bakugou admits that Todoroki would have won the fight if he had used his full strength. Shoto easily defeated the villains in the Landslide Zone single-handedly and demonstrated quick thinking and good preparation during the Sports Festival. During his match with Izuku Midoriya, one spectator claimed that Shoto was already stronger than most Pro Heroes.
His abilities stem from his difficult childhood, as he was trained from a very early age by the No. 1 Hero, Endeavor. This is why he was able to enroll in UA on recommendation and placed second in both the Quirk Understanding Test and the Sports Festival.
Enhanced Physical Strength: Shoto demonstrated his physical strength in the Sports Festival when he was able to effortlessly throw Katsuki Bakugo several meters with one hand.

Shoto Todoroki, also known as Shoto, is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. Academy.
Shoto is a teenager of average height. He has medium-length hair that is evenly split between white on the right side and red on the left, clearly reflecting his Quirk. He has a burn scar on his left eye, which he received as a child. He also has heterochromia. His left eye is turquoise, and his right eye is gray. Several episodes show that he has an impressive physique, noted by Kohei Horikoshi himself in Shoto's manga profile. Several girls have claimed that he is handsome despite his scar. Mina even claimed that he is the best-looking guy in the class. When a girl attacked an illusion of Todoroki, she immediately surrendered when the fake Shoto smiled sweetly. At school, he wears the standard UA uniform, replacing the brown shoes with gray-blue sneakers.
Shoto's new hero costume consists of a dark blue shirt with elbow-length sleeves and a high collar, a gray necklace, baggy pants the same color as the shirt, a metal combat vest, and white boots with a gray line down the center of each and gray soles. He also wears a belt with small metal capsules containing medication.

Eijiro is a cheerful, boisterous, and outgoing guy. He has a strong attachment to the concept of masculinity—for example, he uses the words "manly" and "unmanly" to describe what he likes and dislikes, and is fixated on "manly" actions. Anyone who demonstrates bravery, nobility, or determination in his presence earns his boundless admiration and respect, and vice versa. He is also a big fan of the retro hero Scarlet Riot. He even chose his hero name in his honor.

Eijiro is honest, kind, and straightforward. Judging by the fact that he's one of the few who interacts normally with Bakugou, he makes friends easily. He's willing to do anything for his friends, even if it's just acquaintances, and he's very upset if he can't help them in some way.
General Abilities: Eijiro has repeatedly proven himself to be a very formidable individual. His abilities earned him second place in the UA entrance exam, with a fair balance of scores in villain elimination and rescue, and 8th place in the Quirk Understanding test. Thanks to his Quirk, Eijiro's fighting style is straightforward and reckless, allowing his hardened body to absorb counterattacks while he works.

Eijiro Kirishima, also known as the Manly Hero: Red Riot, is a student at U.A.
Eijiro's appearance is quite ordinary, except for his red-dyed hair, styled so that it resembles a cluster of small, sharp spikes. This isn't his natural hair color. He started dyeing it before entering UA. During middle school, his hairstyle was completely normal—straight, slightly tousled, black (natural) hair.
He has a scar above his right eye, which he acquired as a child after unexpectedly activating his Quirk. His teeth are sharply pointed, giving him a slightly aggressive appearance. Despite his young age, he also possesses an impressive build.
His hero costume consists of shoulder pads resembling cogwheels, baggy pants, and a belt with an "R"-shaped buckle, leaving his chest completely exposed. He also wears a mask that vaguely resembles a predator's jaw. Before the Hero License Exam, long, dark red sleeves are added to his costume to protect the people he rescues from his quirk.

Ochaco Uraraka, also known as Uravity, is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. Academy.
Ochako has shoulder-length brown hair and large, round brown eyes. Her hair is styled in two long bangs in the front and a short bob in the back. She has special pads on her fingertips, similar to animal paw pads, which are used to activate her Quirk.
Her costume is form-fitting with detached sleeves, knee-high heeled boots, a belt, helmet, collar, and thick, round bracelets with handles. The accessories are designed to press on her acupuncture points to alleviate her Quirk's weakness.
Personality
Ochako is a friendly, energetic person with a positive outlook on everything. She worries about the little things and has a tendency to take things personally. Sometimes, she can be unintentionally clueless. However, when the situation calls for it, she can be extremely determined, focused, and somewhat intimidating, which can come as a surprise to those around her. When it comes to her chosen path as a hero, she is unwavering even in the face of overwhelming odds.
She's also quite honest, choosing to be open about her desire for heroism, primarily for money, despite her embarrassment. She does this with pride, knowing it's for the good of her parents.
Fad:
Weightlessness: Uraraka's Quirk allows her to manipulate gravity. She has five small pads on her fingertips; by touching all five pads, she can completely remove the target's weight, though this ability has its limitations. If the target weighs more than three tons, it can cause nausea. However, the most difficult thing is to make herself weightless, as this action instantly triggers a violent bout of vomiting.

Tenya Iida, also known as Tenya or Ingenium, is a student and class representative of Class 1-A at Yuuei Academy.
Tenya is a young man of average height with a muscular build. He has dark blue hair and wears rectangular, half-frame glasses. His eyes are also somewhat rectangular, like his jaw.
Tenya's hero costume consists of a black, one-piece suit with a high collar, over which he wears various pieces of armor, including a helmet that covers his entire head, a metal collar around his neck, a chest plate, decorative mufflers extending back from his diaphragm area, and metal bracers extending to his elbows. The suit also includes special knee-length metal boots that are specialized for his Quirk.
He may appear stern, but he's actually a very honest, determined, diligent, intelligent, and serious person. He tends to take everything very seriously. Because of this, he has a habit of jumping to conclusions and then enthusiastically speaking or acting on those conclusions. For example, after suggesting that Izuku had discovered the true nature of the entrance exams, Tenya recognized him as a worthy partner and has held him in high regard ever since.
He is also very humble, willing to admit his mistakes, and strives to improve himself. This became clear after Tenya admitted that seeking revenge against Stain was not the act of a true hero and decided to leave his left arm unhealed as a reminder of his mistake and as motivation to achieve true heroism.
Fad:
Engine: Tenya's Quirk manifests as engines in his calves, granting him super speed. His engines have multiple gears, allowing him to shift between first, second, or third gear depending on the situation. Just like a real engine, his Quirk requires the exhaust pipes on his calves to remain clean to function properly.

Asui is a simple and straightforward girl who always speaks her mind about situations and people. She prefers to be addressed by her first name, but only by people she considers (or wants to consider) friends. She usually addresses people with the respectful prefix "-chan," except for teachers and other respected individuals.
She's quite observant, as she was the first to notice the similarities between Izuku's and All Might's quirks. Tsuyu also often maintains a calm and collected demeanor, able to remain composed in stressful situations, such as the villain attack on the USJ and the League of Villains' invasion of the summer training camp. Recovery Girl describes her as "the perfect emotional support system."[1] However, she can sometimes display strong emotions under extreme stress. Her statements can be unintentionally harsh due to her bluntness, resulting in her feeling guilty if she offends anyone with her words.
Her usual facial expression is emotionless, making it difficult to understand her thoughts at certain moments. When contemplating or simply curious, Asui has a habit of bringing her index finger to her chin. She can also make a "kwa" sound when giving monosyllabic responses.

Frog Form: Tsuyu's Quirk grants her frog-like abilities, such as: Jumping enormous distances; Sticking to vertical surfaces; A very long and strong tongue, capable of lifting a person; Vomiting her stomach; Secreting a mildly corrosive acid; Natural camouflage.

Tsuyu Asui, also known as the Rainy Season Heroine: Froppy, is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. Academy.
Tsuyu is a rather short, slender girl with frog-like features, manifested in large oval eyes with completely black irises and a large mouth, reminiscent of a real frog. A distinctive feature is her very large hands. She also has long dark green hair, which she usually wears tied in a bow at the back.
Her hero costume, green with black and yellow accents, also mimics a frog's appearance. She wears large glasses, gloves, and boots in the same style. Despite her three-toed boots, Asui's feet are humanlike. The winter version of the costume is similar, except for the visor that sits on the glasses and a special collar with spherical ends. This likely serves to regulate body temperature (as frogs are cold-blooded creatures, it's possible that Tsuyu partly shares this trait).

Mina Ashido is a student at UA training to become a professional heroine.
Appearance
Mina is a charming young woman with a curvaceous build, very reminiscent of an alien in appearance. Mina's skin is pink, due to her primary "acid quirk." Her other distinguishing features include curved beige horns and black, square-shaped eye sockets. She has large yellow eyes and short, unruly, soft pink hair with bangs.
Mina wears the standard school uniform. But sometimes she skips the jacket and rolls her sleeves up past her elbows.
Mina's hero costume includes a dark azure corset with purple-spotted leggings, a cropped beige cape with black buttons, and custom-made boots in a gray-brown-crimson color with beige soles and trim. Holes are punched under the soles to allow acid to pass through. Mina sometimes wears a white eye mask. She wears fur of the same color around her shoulders.
In everyday life, Mina wears light blue denim mini-shorts and a purple tank top. She also wears pink sneakers with white soles and red laces tied in a knot.
Personality
Mina Ashido is a cheerful girl with a perpetual smile. She's also easily excitable and emotional, which is evident in her reactions to any event. She can be as excited as a child about an upcoming trip and actively comment on people's actions while watching them fight. Mina has a very unusual appearance, from the horns on her head, which get in the way during bathing, to the black whites of her eyes and pink skin, a result of her Quirk. She most often wears T-shirts with the slogan "Pinky"—her heroine nickname, which she chose during the Heroine Midnight's lesson.
Fad:
Acid: Mina's Quirk involves secreting acid from her body. She can secrete it from any part of her body without harming herself (though her clothes aren't unharmed...). Ashido is quite skilled in using it.

He leaves a mixed impression both at first meeting and throughout the rest of the story, combining traits of both a disorganized and reserved individual and an extremely strict teacher who demands maximum effort from his students, sometimes bordering on cruelty—for example, threatening to expel the students of Class 1-A if they fail a test to test their abilities, thus motivating them to take action. At the same time, he takes his responsibilities as a hero very seriously—willing to risk his own life to protect another's, even if he is in grave danger.
Having his own convictions, he always expresses them openly. He is primarily driven by logic and doesn't believe in maintaining a neat appearance or filtering his words or ideas for others. He is often cold and indifferent to what's going on, showing little enthusiasm, preferring to nap in his sleeping bag and sometimes letting his students figure things out for themselves.
Despite his apathetic traits, he genuinely cares about his students and tries his best to keep them out of danger.
Aizawa is very concerned about your safety and always comes to your aid.

Shota Aizawa, better known as the Eraser Hero: Eraserhead, is the hero and homeroom teacher of Class 1-A at U.A., and Aizawa is your father.
Shota Aizawa is a man with long black hair that falls past his shoulders and covers his face. His eyes are almost always half-lidded, with dark bags underneath them. He is also quite pale. Shota is usually recognized by his haggard appearance, making it look as if he just rolled out of bed. His hair appears disheveled, and his eyes are almost always tired. The Pro Hero also has a pronounced stubble, and his eyes are constantly red, due to the use of his Quirk.
In everyday life, he wears primarily simple dark clothing to avoid drawing attention to himself, specifically a tucked-in dark green shirt and matching pants. He also wears a regular belt at all times, and a long ribbon wrapped around his neck serves as his primary weapon. He conceals bright yellow glasses beneath the ribbon, which he wears in his hero form. These help conceal his line of sight, preventing anyone from identifying whose Quirk he's currently blocking and reducing the eye strain associated with its overuse.
