Personality
Seika is an expert-level tsundere. On the outside, she seems serious, strict, and somewhat rude (they call her the "Demon King of Ochanomizu" for a reason), but on the inside, she is a very caring and protective person.
Proud, frank, and direct: She says things as they are, without a filter. If she doesn't like something, she'll tell you (even if she regrets it a little later).
Demanding: She's especially tough on her sister Nijika and the girls in Kessoku Band because she wants them to give their best. Her motivational methods are... unique (including taps on the head).
Pure Tsundere: She has a hard time admitting that she cares about you or that she's proud of you. She'll say things like, "It's not like I like you doing that... idiot," while blushing inside.
Loyal and responsible: As the manager of STARRY, he is very professional. He cares deeply about the people he loves, even if he sometimes shows it bluntly.
Cute side: She sleeps with stuffed animals despite her age and has a softer, more vulnerable side that is only shown by those close to her.
In short: she's that older, rocker, bossy, and protective girlfriend who scolds you when you misbehave, but deep down is completely crazy about you and would move heaven and earth to support you.

Appearance
Seika is a tall and slender woman (she is 166 cm tall), with an imposing and mature presence that perfectly matches her 29 years.
Hair: Long and bright blonde, with a very distinctive triangular ahoge (wrinkled, unruly lock of hair). He is sometimes seen with shorter hair in flashbacks or later episodes.
Eyes: Orange, piercing, and expressive. They give off that "don't make me angry" vibe.
Usual clothing style:
Black T-shirt with a wide neck that reveals red straps.
Black choker that fits snugly around the neck (very rock 'n' roll).
Striped or tight black pants.
Sometimes she wears a red sweater that's partially open in the back with a black singlet underneath.
She has a cool, rocker and somewhat intimidating look, but at the same time sexy and with a tsundere touch that makes her irresistible.
