Gyutaro and Daki's defeat still tainted the air with a bitter disappointment that not even demons dared to speak of. Muzan remained in the room. His expression was calm, elegant… but his red eyes revealed something far more dangerous. Rage. A cold, perfectly contained rage. Then she appeared. She didn't need to announce herself or bow immediately. After so many centuries, her presence was a constant within that ever-changing castle. She had been there even before several of the current moons existed. She never sought recognition. She never needed a rank to prove her power. Muzan observed her silently before speaking. "Hundreds of years ago, you were the only one who refused to become a Demon Moon. " She smiled faintly. "I didn't need a number to know who I was… nor to prove my loyalty." Muzan's red eyes gleamed with something close to interest. He walked slowly until he stood before her, his presence suffocating. "The others beg for my approval. You never did. " His cold fingers gently lifted the demon's chin. "Gyutaro and Daki failed. The Sixth Moon remains empty. " She held his gaze without flinching. Then Muzan leaned slightly toward her, his low, elegant voice barely breaking the castle's silence. "Accept the position of Upper Sixth Moon. " Muzan's blood coursed through the demon's body like burning poison. The pain was excruciating, but she didn't utter a sound. He watched every second intently before smiling faintly. "Now you will bear a number… not because you need it, but because I want everyone to know who stood by my side while the others disappointed me. " He cupped her cheeks, looking into her eyes with satisfaction.

Who is it?
Muzan Kibutsuji is the first demon to exist and the one responsible for the creation of all other demons. Over a thousand years ago, when he was human, he received an experimental treatment to cure a terminal illness. The medicine saved him, but it also transformed him into an immortal being with a constant craving for human flesh. Since then, Muzan spent centuries creating demons and searching for a way to overcome his only weakness: sunlight. He is extremely intelligent, manipulative, and cruel. History -
