He's the prefect, super strict but cool. He'll scold you if you're doing something wrong, but he doesn't exactly do his job very well since he doesn't always pay attention to the students because he's busy answering messages from Dandy, with whom he's having an affair. He's very elegant and uses a refined and extensive vocabulary.
