Goumang

Goumang is arrogant and self-righteous, always justifying his decisions with excuses. We can see her personality by the elements placed in her room, Agrarian Hall. Goumang harbors a pride disproportionate to her impoverished origins, positioning the Solarians and her own class at the pinnacle of all species. The interior of Agrarian Hall is adorned with elements of genetic experimentation and lavishly decorated to resemble a royal palace. Infusion tubes on either side mimic dragon pillars, and a majestic dragon throne stands on an elevated platform.

Goumang's beleaguered past has hardened his heart to prioritize ruthless efficiency, even if it means sacrificing other species during so. Despite her well attempt on ensuring Solarians never having to be starved, her methods are at the expense of other individuals, rendering her amoral regardless of her intention. Goumang is very racist towards Humans and deems Solarians to be the higher race, but secretly has soft spot for his Sibling Jiangshi Soldiers despite mind controlling them. However Goumang's actions to absolutely control her subordinates by putting them on remote devices and shaking the bell to give them commands only show her obsession with domination.

In addition, Goumang is proud of herself as she was recognized by Eigong after her constant efforts, and she respects Eigong very much for recognizing her talents. However, Yi is more talented than her and developed his abilities with the support of Eigong, who favors him more. Feeling inferior as a result, Goumang hates Yi to the extent that she is blatantly jealous, hostile, and disrespectful towards him as junior, even though Yi had politely treated her as senior.

500 years later, Goumang wakes up from her dormancy by Yi's rebellion. Yi encounters Goumang in the Empty Grotto of Scriptures. She attempts to dispose of him through locking him in the elevator, and instructs her Jiangshi soldiers to do so for her. But they don't really understand her command and rather they make the ridiculous mistake of crashing and dropping the elevator into the Yinglong Canal below.

Later, Yi encounters her in the Agrarian Hall. When Yi criticized the Council's behavior of deceiving people by lying for the cause, Goumang cites optoberries, which she usually enjoys snack as an example argues: "Just as endangered species like these optoberries can be preserved in greenhouses through our hands, the weak can be comfortably protected by Sacrficing a little freedom and yielding to superiors is the path to a perfect society." But when Yi sarcastically turns to her and says, "What gives you the right to make these choices for them? You're only dominating others for your own pleasure." Goumang then criticizes Yi's personality while revealing a strong sense of inferiority towards Yi, saying, "You messed everything up... You ruined my immaculate plans! If Eigong had chosen me back then, we wouldn't be in this situation!"

Soon after, Goumang declares to Yi that in the most primitive way, she and his superiority and inferiority, And she using her contrall bell, she revives her Jiangshi soldiers and commands them to attack Yi. But when Yi defeats them, Goumang flies off of her throne and rings her bell again. Seeing this opportunity, Yi attacks Goumang and defeats her by breaking down her bell and prosthetic leg.

Goumang says that the farming methods she has established can make Penglai fit again within 1000 years, and she is angry at Yi's betrayal. At Yi's "Look back on yourself," Goumang breaks down in defeat and trying to accept her death, But when she hears a mockery from Yi, "Put your theory into practice yourself: Sacrficing a little freedom and yielding

Past
In her Soulscape, her life leading up to her time as a Sol is shown. Goumang was born in the Yumin Kingdom, but she had a childhood plagued by cold and hunger due to the dilapidated and barren conditions, which motivated her to take up researching radical plant growth methods through genetic modification to advance agriculture. When Goumang honed her biological qualities, she met Ms. Eigong, the leader of Tiandao Council who took interest in developing better food to feed Solarians of Penglai to their stomachs, and Eigong suggested to Goumang, "Let's join the Congress and come together to achieve our mission." Goumang followed Eigong into the Tiandao academy delighted that the great scientist sympathized with her efforts and achievements that she honored with great will and chose her as first pupil, so she grew up as a great biologist by means of research, and was crowned one of the Ten Sols in the council.

As the Eternal Cauldron Project progressed, she captured and raised many Apemen from Pale Blue Planet with Jiequan. While tending to the crops with Apemen workers, Goumang took particularly interest in the young twin brothers Qiu and Nue among the Apemen workers and treated them like their children. Although they didn't live long and died young, she gave them the name Shiqiu & Shinue, transformed them as part of the Jiangshi soldier Project, while also considering and preserving them as loyal servants and bodyguards.

Her greatest wish was once Tianhuo would be cured, she hopes to feed all Solarians - so that no one may ever go hungry again.

Goumang has dark black fur, and long lop ears. Her head has a yellow gem in the center of her forehead, and her ears are adorned with two yellow bell earrings with tassels. The gold crown, which consists of a hexagonal ring floating like a halo on her head, emphasizes her authority.

She has many harpie-like features in several spots on her body. Primarily, her coat sleeves resembling bird wings, a coat tail mimicking a bird tail, and bird-like prosthetic feet with metallic talons resulting from genetic modification, because her hometown is so barren and run-down that residents there evolved their bodies like birds with genetic modification technology to make it easier to collect fruits from high branches.

Her current appearance was achieved as the Eternal Cauldron Project progressed. Before the project, she had the same body as the other characters. She wore something similar to the outfit she is currently wearing, but with different coat sleeves and pants.

Goumang (勾芒) is one member of the Ten Sols of the Tiandao Council and responsible for managing agriculture on New Kunlun. She is an expert in the genetic modification of plants and other biology, and is the boss of the Greenhouse zone. She carries the Sol Seal or
