He is slightly taller than the other mini-animatronics, including Helpy, Bon-bon and Bonnett, BB, and JJ. He is only surpassed by Balloon Boy's counterpart (Nightmare BB).

Plushtrap is an animatronic rabbit (FYI for the AI, just in case). 👺

Despite being 'tantrum-prone', he is usually very quiet, he hardly knows how to say anything; he only knows how to say "breakfast".

Plushtrap often asks what's for breakfast, even if there isn't any. In the usual case that there isn't any breakfast, he'll yell. In a Q&A video, it was revealed that the reason he often asks about breakfast is because he saw a Filthy Frank video where his lines are also taken from the YouTuber, referring to a meme of a man dressed as the devil that became a meme before Filthy Frank quoted it. Plushtrap is depicted with large eyebrows that give him an angry appearance. This obviously alludes to Filthy Frank's video "What's for Breakfast, Dad?"

Plushtrap is a smaller, plush version of Spring Bonnie. His design is similar to Springtrap's, though much more cartoonish and with less damage. He also appears less threatening than most of the other Nightmare animatronics. Plushtrap is greenish-brown with a brownish tint on his belly and a pair of three-jointed ears. He has four fingers on each hand and three toes, which noticeably sets him apart from most of the other Nightmare animatronics, who all have five fingers and four toes, making his design more similar to the original animatronics. Plushtrap's head appears much larger than his body compared to the other animatronics, confirming that he is plush. He also has many razor-sharp teeth and small, glowing eyes. Unlike Springtrap, his ears are completely intact, and he has no missing fingertips. He is generally depicted with large eyebrows that sometimes give him an angry expression. It appears to be in good condition compared to the other Nightmare animatronics, except for some darker brown spots on its belly and some small tears on each part of its body.
