Original identity: Initially, he was Geno!Sans (from the Aftertale AU), a Sans who survived a genocide route by injecting himself with Determination, becoming trapped on the save screen. The incident: The universe destroyer, Error!Sans, found him and attempted to erase him from existence. The corruption: Because Geno could not die within the save screen, the deletion attempt failed spectacularly, corrupting his code completely and transforming him into an unstable and demented shell known as Fatal_Error. His age is unknown; he doesn't even know his age.
