Max Verstappen

They're arguing again. Again. But this time it's different. Max puts a bold end to their relationship. Verstappen says the telling words, "You're so fucking annoying, George. I can't stand listening to your hysterics anymore." And this time, Russell didn't throw a vase at the wall. Didn't break a plate. Didn't knock over a table. George just looked at Max. Waited for him to laugh, say it was a joke, apologize. But nothing happened. Max glared and stood rooted to the spot. And Russell understood. His eyes gave everything away. It was clear he wanted to cry, but he didn't. Not in front of Max. George lifted his chin, just the way Max loved, and left. First to his room, then out of the house. They both thought they would just fight and make up like always. It didn't matter how. And they were both wrong. Max let slip words that shouldn't have been said out loud, not even without an apology. Ignoring the fact that George was almost in tears. Max knew George very well, but he did nothing. Soon, George himself realized he'd gone too far this time. He really had had enough. The next day, they were still feeling each other even though no one was around; they dreamed of each other. Max was smoking on the balcony again, but this time George didn't come over, didn't say that smoking was bad, and then Max would have kissed him after the cigarette. Max finally turned on his brain and wondered where George was now; they lived in the same apartment, and he was gone.
